LOCATION Room was spacious enough but layout was a bit odd….. more annoying was utter lack of charm….no decor, no paint color, nothing welcoming, much less ‘warm n fuzzy’

Spacious bright and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and the staff were warm friendly and kind. Would recommend.

Great location, breakfast was actually very good, staff was great. Have previously stay at this location and will again next year. Assisi was overall more expensive this year than last year. Beware of the taxi drivers. At least one had a problem remembering the route to the hotel, ran the meter to twice what it should have been. Notified the hotel and they were upset.

The hotel is located in a splendid place in the Assissi town centre. One can take the car inside the city, leave the luggage and then park the car in a good nearby parking. The room is very nice, clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and the hotel's restaurant in good.

The hotel is centrally located in the main square, which is very lovely. The hotel is so cute, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had a juicer to make fresh orange juice. The murals on the ceiling are beautiful and a great touch. N/A

Beautifully decorated, ceilings were magnificent and on site restaurant. The morning breakfast was delicious and extensive choices including freshly squeezed juice. I liked everything.

Quiet. Near the embassies so very safe. Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist spots. We are in our mid 60s and walked to the Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. A highlight for us was getting a fabulous breakfast every morning and especially memorable was the server making us cappuccino. Picture of breakfast buffet is attached.

Excelente Location, friedly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. If you arrive to breakfast near closing time, you will find mainly leftovers. The water heater is not the best. Expect having cold showers specially in the afternoon or on a rainy day!
