It’s not 5 star.. the best I would say 4-. Old equipment, old rules and overall I don’t see the reason to live there. You can come and receptionist not in the place. And if you wan to call housekeeping they will never answer

I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel and the value for cost was just not there. It was fine as a hotel but I would reassess the 5 star rating. Room issues - sink drains slowly, carpets were stained. Bar - Actually a shisha bar at night, very smoky and not set up for socialization between groups. Convenience - had to go through bag x-ray and security every time we entered. The other luxury hotel in the area did not have this requirement. This did not make me feel extra safe, but rather raised the question if this particular hotel had security incidents before resulting in these checks.

Friendly staff, good location, rooms were clean, beautiful lobby Breakfast coffee, variety of dishes, SPA zone was a bit cold, uncomfortable to move between swimming pool and saunas.

Spacious room and nice swimming pool. The mattress was very hard and used; needs to be replaced otherwise the sleeping quality is marked very low despite the spacious room. Waterfall in the swimming pool wasn't in operation.
