The breakfast could improve. Also the walls have no sound insulation, I could hear everything. But I guess it's okay for its price.

Renovation maybe

The location is great. I asked 2 nights in a row, to the recepcionist, to change the light bulb from the night table. He said ok, he was going to send someone , but never did during my 4 nights stay. Also, the first day I arrived at 10:40 pm to the hotel, from the airport, and bar and restaurant totally closed. I asked for something to eat or at least to drink, and the recepcionist said to me : sorry , but we close at 11 pm. The funny thing was that it was only 10:40 pm!! Very bad for an hotel like this, not cheap at all. The look itself is also quite old .

The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly I paid for a higher floor and my room was indeed on floor 8, but the view was on a parking lot. I feel scammed. The fridge in the room turns off when there’s no key card in the slot, which defeats the purpose of having a fridge. All my food and treats went bad because of that. Huge disappointment. There were nails sticking out from the wall and cracks in the ceiling of the room. Generally the hotel is not maintained well. Breakfast was worse than in the cheapest cafe, more like in a lower class canteen. Which is ridiculous for a hotel in this price range.

The breakfast, it's not various enough.

We requested early breakfast “to go” since we were checking out very early. One staff member ensured up that we will get it. But when we came to check out the next morning the other staff said that they didn’t prepare anything for us and just asked us to leave. Very disappointing

The towels are super old, definitely needs to be changed. The breakfast was better last year. And I still can’t get financial docs.

There was nothing good in our stay unfortunately, some of the trainee staff were kind but not trained well. Hotel entrance dirty, no one to help with the luggage, depressing atmosphere, room is dirty, only two pillows and when we asked for extra they said they don't have, smoking room is stacked with cigarettes and no one cleans it. No sound insulation, no hot water for two days in a row, breakfast is poor and felt like prison food, lobby bar serves white wine room temperature, most staff are not in the mood to do anything, it felt everyone is forced to do their job. The pictures on booking is misleading. Old furniture and not worth the 4 stars. Avoid at all costs

Nice hotel , clean , breakfast was nice . Inside hotel there is restaurant and I think they need to make same price as in city and will be more people inside . Reception is good , I asked to change towels few day , but the girls which cleaning did not change . Generally I like place

Friendly and accommodating staff. A great location that was walkable to most places of interest, as well as restaurants and cafes. A quiet room, which was just what I needed after a long journey to Astana. The rooms could do with an upgrade, as could the common areas. The hotel is definitely beginning to look dated.
