Clean. I enjoyed breakfast, very homey. The location is very close to US embassy Very noisy! Very thin walls. Almost every night there was a banquet at the restaurant on the first floor, it was so loud I was losing my mind because I couldn’t sleep, it started at 6 pm and finished at around 1 am.

Housekeeping has never changed the linen however we stayed for 5 days. Every 3 days it's supposed to be done. There is no fridge in the room

You can hear your neighbor doing sex and will not be able to sleep. Real bad experience. The canteen is too small, you have to wait in the queue. Really bad hotel. The bed is broken, you will not be able to sleep on it.

Poor soundproofing. The bathroom was uncomfortable to shower in. The radiators were cold. Apparently, they'll turn them on if you ask (it's -25 degrees outside). There's no decent coffee for breakfast. You have to order it separately. The kitchen that prepares breakfast isn't a professional commercial kitchen, as it should be. The photos make everything look better and more beautiful than in reality. All the rooms are quite worn and in need of serious repair and renovation.

Embassies are in walkable distance. In one room the A/C didn’t work, the receptionist changed the room immediately. For those with children - consider a restaurant downstairs with music until 21-22 that could be loud in some rooms. After 22 - peace and calm. Highly recommend!

Good hotel. Cozy, very warm. Even was opening windows when outside was -5. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Always have some cash with you, 50 euro enough for taxi for couple of days. Personnel was welcoming. A bit far from the center but taxi is pretty cheap. No elevator. Sometimes smell of the kitchen as the room located most probably near kitchen ventilation.

Vegetarian food is not available in breakfast and drinking water is also not available. A very high charge has to be paid to buy water. For a 500 ml bottle, one has to pay around 400 to 500 ktz.
