The hostel is very popular, but they have enough common facilities (bathroom, kitchen for everyone). The beds are relatively comfortable, you can have your own cabinet, so basically it is okay. Maybe minor refurbishments, e.g. the beds would be nice. Also, it would be a good idea to put curtains for the beds.

Covers all basic needs when traveling, don't expect anything fancy for the price. The host was very helpful, letting me in early in the morning, and spoke good English. Nothing to note.

The location is inside neighborhood. you need to walk to reach main hi way and at night I don’t recommend to walk because the area is dark. Use yandex if you will go home late.

Hostess was awesome.. very helpful in catering to all the needs.. in fact offered a share of the dinner prepared and it was awesome.. potatoes fried onions and pasta style dumplings.. Great!

Quick check in and reasonably good toilet and showers. Slippers, towel and Personal locker available for no extra price. No pillow cover was provided, and the pillow was looking quite used.

the place was too good and comfortable. most importantly people can understand English and friendly atmosphere for foreigners. it was clean and good overall. bed was too advanced but clean . I think bed should be little update

Traveling with my friends, this was an ideal place to stay for a few days. We checked in at 1 a.m., the hostess was really nice. Common kitchen, 3 toilet rooms, 2 bathrooms. There is an option for washing your clothes, ironing. Great place near the center of Astana Beds were hard. Water in the shower was cold once and its flow was weak
