The room view was amazing. The location was up a hill which gave the magnificent views. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a lot of choices. The staff was excellent and very helpful. It was up a hill and not in the city shopping area or JR line. However they offered a free shuttle which you need to reserve. Price point is a little on the high side - priced more like a boutique hotel with luxurious amenities and facilities. This is worth the price if you were travelling with small children as there are plenty of kids activities. It’s not a romantic getaway hotel or for people looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
