The bedding was a little scratchy for me and air ventilation in buffet area was lacking. Felt very smokey.

Missed the fireworks by one day, would of been a great view from the room. the onsen area didn't have any view at all so that was a bit disappointing. also the hotel was much further than I expected, while it did offer a shuttle bus, it is much smaller than expected so anyone traveling with large luggage would rather take taxi. Also shuttle bus is by reservation system.

Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. Sound proof room and best part was the view from my room! Nice onsen and restaurant Staff was friendly and helpful Public transport was not convenient Hotel shuttle was always full Bufffet for breakfast and dinner was repetitious on the two consecutive days I was there

Was so wonderfully quiet, was surrounded by nature and lent a beautiful view of the ocean and stars. It was very far from any convenience, such as stores or train stations.

I feel like everything was perfect, the Oriental style room was large and comfortable with an amazing view, the buffet for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, the staff is very cordial and always helpful, the onsen was amazing and generally everything was just right. Seeing Atami from the top of the hill was breathtaking. Nothing.
