Nice room, good onsen, nice and friendly staff, very good dinner and breakfast Sea view was a little disappointed as you had to go out to balcony to have a look. Only one elevator and take time when busy
-
Everything was good, location, food, onsen The view from the balcony with a privet bath was only partial to the ocean, mainly to the rusty fire escape of the next building
-
Location was great and the room was a decent size. Beds were very comfortable. I did not get what I paid for. I booked supposedly a suite with 2 bedrooms and when we turned up it was a twin room. No apologies and no compensation offered. Refused to discuss further Do not have the dinner - it was extraordinarily expensive and was a very average buffet,.

The view. The outdoor bath. The rooftop onsen. The clean toilet and room I wish the it has a massage room for customers

Oishii and variety Scrambled eggs were too soft and runny.

The view from our room was outstanding and the open air bath was really nice too. We were on the 4th floor and traffic noise was pretty bad while you’re trying to enjoy a nice soak in your open air bath. For some reason we didn’t get any hot water from the sink until 2 hours before departing. I’m sure if I’d of mentioned it to staff that they would have fixed the issue though. Although the breakfast item choice was good, the staff could have been less micro managing the service. It felt they were watching your every move while you load your plate. But over all it was a good stay.

Big and clean room, helpful and polite staff, private onsen. Convenient store and restaurant nearby.

The Onsen was beautiful and the balcony n outside bath were lovely. Breakfast was a good choice

Onsen but no tattoos allowed Rooms are insanely small

Impressive breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were kind enough to call us a taxi at the end of our stay. This is an awful choice if the weather is bad. Google maps shows this hotel just 15 mins walk from the station but it’s 15 minutes down several hills and steps which is really unpleasant with luggage, especially in the pouring rain. The hotel does not have any sort of shuttle service meaning that you’re relying on taxis or buses to go back to the station for your onward train. The location was doubly annoying as the station area has lively shopping streets, restaurants, karaoke and convenience stores while this area doesn’t. The outside onsen was not the romantic experience we were expecting. It’s a big black stone tub crammed in a dark depressing corner of the balcony, with a messy flapping mesh privacy screen, that makes it feel like you are in a cooking pot in a building site. Somehow I expected it to be flowing and full, like a normal onsen, but it was empty and we turned the taps on to fill it ourselves. The onsen is completely screened in but our shower room was partially visible to neighbouring buildings. Room was annoying with the only plug sockets available being IN the bed, between the 2 of us. So we had green lights and wires in our faces the whole night. After the long walk in the rain we were waiting in line to check in and a guest just walked up and was checked in before us which was annoying. Everything about this hotel after that annoyed us and we could not wait to leave.

Swimming pool with a great view. Not to convinced our room was a non smoking room.
-
I like the pool and inside room bath. they don't have a shuttle bus

It is extremely comfortable with wonderful outside baths on the balcony, a wonderful onsen and spectacular rooftop pool with views on the beach. It was spotlessly clean with pjs and robes provided. A little bit of affordable luxury. A huge breakfast spread included as well.

Buffet breakfast, staff friendliness, room, bath on balcony This should not be called a resort. Its just a decent hotel. Went up to the beautiful pool, it was filthy and full of algae. Only realized when I jumped in with my kid. Pool is very deep and unsafe for kids. I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which has lovely views. I went down to the staff to let them know about the filthy green water pool. They said sorry the pool is closed till next week. At no point was this communicated to me during checkin process or at the pool through signs. Even the doors to the pool were open. Very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this hotel. Also they charge an extra fee at check-in for the room baths. Without these pool services this hotel is not value for money.

Great location Where do i start

The meals were good and the staff friendly and helpful. That there was no carpark space available and the recommended coin parking area was more expensive than what we expected. We were told by the staff to park at a specific coin parking which would charge us ¥1700 for 16 hours but although we stayed way below 16 hours we had to pay over ¥2000 for parking. Proper information regarding car park would have been appreciated.

Loved the hot tub in our room Everything was great

Only the onsen tub, but it was still very small. Highly insufficient room cleanliness, holes in the walls, broken towel hanger stand, very small shower space, unpleasant deodorant at hotel entrance, insects in the balcony, very small onsen tub, the water in the tub cannot kept warm so each time you need to refill the tub to get the warm water.
