Property has clearly stopped being updated or repaired. Feels like you’re in the 80’s in all the worst ways. Onsen was not clean, I’m not sure why they close it for cleaning…

We loved it! Staff wasn’t nice, breakfast was good and the room was awesome! It was a little dated and there was a tripping hazard step to the toilet.

Very large room with view. Beautiful hot water pool facing sea view. It’s nice provide free morning Shutter bus to the train station. A little bit further to the downtown. Coffee and drink in the lobby only supply limit time.

the facilities are not exactly the same in the pictures. Floor carpet is old and not so clean. Room smells tobacco.

The view from the room and the open onsen on top of the building. The kombini was 24 hrs and super convenient The buffet and breakfast timing is too short. Breakfast 7.30 - 9.00. and dinner buffet 17.00 - 19:00 . Is more than 12 hours without meals

The common hot spring spa. Ocean view possible in many rooms. Close to the cable car. Smoking is allowed in this room, so there was a cigarettes smoke smell. The decor has passed it prime. It's a fair distance walk to station. More info about buses would help.

A staff member was very helpful in assisting us in ordering some food as we spoke no Japanese. Room was a little dated. It had a faint smell of smoke.

Great location. Short walk from train. Loved the Onsen experience. Great view. Courtesy bus in the morning to the train station.

the location is closed to the beach and main station. very convenient the staff are not good at service, they treat Asian foreigner bad. And not patient in explanation. and the hall for dinner and breakfast is smoky due to cooking. air circulation is not good at all
