Location is excellent if you don't mind walking the stairs. The staff is exceptionally helpful and nice, they speak English very well, and our stay at this hotel was pleasant. Hope to visit again in the future.

The roof top breakfast is indeed lovely. The staff is what I would describe as ‘extremely chill’. SOME of the rooms are quite nice, some are just fine. Good aircon!! (June ‘26) Part of what makes it nice is part of what makes it exhausting. Its on top of a very steep hill! ANY activity on foot requires st some point marching up a very steep hill! It’s just the way it is! Certainly not wheelchair accessible…well, maybe one room would be.

The breakfast terrace with a view of the Acropolis is a great way to start one's day in Athens. The location is quiet, at the base of a hilltop park on a dead end street. A little refuge in a bustling city. We have stayed there all of our 7 trips to Greece. We are greeted by the same friendly faces. It is a charming hotel run by people, not a conglomerate. Many rooms have great balconies with Acropolis rooms. There is an incline to reach the hotel.

House keepers was great Was told food was included but it’s not. They charge me a full meal fee for coffee and juice

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views of the acropolis are spectacular.

I would absolutely stay again. Kind warm-hearted and cool vibes, great staff. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast - good quality and variety and the rooftop view spectacular. Stayed twice during my holiday and both rooms were great. Balcony towards.Acropolis and then one behind with lovely trees close by. Loved both All the staff very responsive and helpful. Nothing

Decent price. Clean but dated. Basic needs were met. Friendly staff. We walked from the train station. Not recommended!! Take a taxi. All up hill and roads and steps were not in good condition. At night the place was filled with locals sitting on the steps smoking and drinking (especially the steps) Not a good vibe. The graffiti all over was anti police and terrible things everywhere. Not the hotel's fault but just be aware of your surroundings.

A lovely place to stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. The rooftop breakfast area has an incredible view of the acropolis and the whole city. It’s situated right next to a beautiful park which is a great place for a morning walk. I was there on my own and this hotel felt like a nice, personable home base. I’d stay here any day over some of the more corporate hotels in the city. The exarchia neighborhood is a hub for anarchists and organizers. It’s not a touristy place but a very vibrant community The only thing I didn’t like was that the location might be hard for someone with disabilities due to hills and stairs. There’s an elevator but it’s really small

The breakfast was really good! And the view was really spectacular from the rooftop. The hotel was further out of the city than I was anticipating and every once in a while our room would smell like cigarette smoke. I didn't think it was a smoking hotel but maybe someone on our floor was smoking.

The location is central to cafes and restaurants. It’s also walking distance from major landmarks, but know that it is uphill and be prepared. The property is exquisitely decorated, very simple and pretty. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the rooftop. Not very cheap but worth every penny.
