Homeless and druggie around on street.

Old town and city center is in walkable distance. Poor, small selection of food for the breakfast. Bad area, homeless people sleep on the next street and walk around.

The floor area near the bathroom was soft like it was rotten underneath. It made me nervous about mold and structure safety. The property was not close to the airport as indicated. It took a long taxi ride for 50 euro to get there. It took an hour by train to get back to the airport.

Amazing staff, helped with any request. The soap and shampoo dispenser like in public toilets is attached to the wall and is not convenient to use The soap and shampoo are very watery

Our room with spa bath was awesome and the staff were lovely. The area was fairly run down with lots of homeless close to the hotel.

Lovely room. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to metro, city centre. Breakfast was OK - Limited choices and not great quality. Lots of social problems in the neighbourhood - homelessness, street drug use.

Very nice hotel, it is very neat, there is a delicious breakfast with a large variety of food. The rooms have large bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Unlike the hotel itself, the neighborhood is very bad, it does not feel safe as we passed through the streets. Although I did not ask, I wish that the staff informed us about this issue, and suggested safer routes to take. Even though there were only a few streets like this, the location could have been better.

We like because it is clean, Near the Plaka The staff is always helpful.. A few stairs while entering the hotel… thanks God we are young enough ?

Everything perfect, the staff was really nice and helpful, everbody from reception at any time to the cleaning personell. We arrived too early and our room was ready. Clean lange suite, very comfortable. Walking distance to classic historical Athens, but also cool areas like Exarchia.

Room, service, breakfast was perfect. Location a little dodge, but we took an uber everywhere for 5-8euro so it was perfect. Close to all historical sites and lively restaurants and bars. Hotel was perfect. Clean modern room. The area was just a little sketch, but for the price and location it's perfect.

The breakfast was very good and we were grateful to have it provided. The hotel was very updated and the staff was helpful. The location was terrible. There were many homeless and drug activities just outside the door and all around. We did not feel safe walking in this neighborhood. We were grateful to only be staying for one night.
