The room was big and the stay was easy. Very good price.
-
Large room, spacious bathroom The room looked nothing like the posted photo. It was very noisy outside, all night, until 5:00am.

Modern Clean Spacious Great location Nothing
-
No breakfast or savory food options
-
There are some bars/clubs in the neighborhood, which caused a lot of noise during Friday and Saturday nights. I stayed from Thursday until Monday and was disturbed by the noise in the middle of night.
-
Even though it’s a new property it is not very well maintained. Some minor defections like the balcony door that doesn’t completely lock
-
Can get a bit loud on Saturday nights as it is close to bars and clubs
-
They have a huge problem with cleaning the boiler is very dirty after the lady cleaned the room you can find dust and hair on the floor

First of all, I would like to thank Booking.com for well-organized transfer to DAYS City Suites Athens Hotel. Everything went smoothly and on time, which made our arrival stress-free. Then, I would like to mention the excellent work of the hotel staff, particularly Elena, Lenia Koumouli and her brother. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and high level of service throughout my stay. Thank you again for a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return in the future!

Nice clean building. Quiet area - good sleep. Excellent restaurant just a block away, next to metro station. Room spacious. Toiletries provided. Water hot and cold with good pressure. Would have been the best stay ever if not for some easily preventable problems: Upon check in a front desk clerk told that there will be breakfast provided in the morning. I came down to have breakfast and found no breakfast. Morning FDClerk said that there is no breakfast provided. I also asked FDC to cancel room cleaning. I didn’t want anybody coming into my room. The next evening I found that room was cleaned and some empty bottles that I wanted to keep were removed. I also had some other expensive concerns. First morning I left hotel at 06:00. It was cold and my wife wanted to return to the hotel to get her jacket. We could not get back in. Door was locked and there was nobody to open it. I later found out that there was a way to open the door, but no one explained to us how to get back in until it was too late. I believe that management is responsible for this. Employees were the most polite, nice, and tried their best. If I may, management could design a check list of the most common issues of which to advise guests upon arrival.

The property was well-located. There were bugs in our bed that looked suspiciously similar to bedbugs and we had to immediately leave to prevent an infestation of our luggage. We left room 301 the evening of July 10-July 11 in the middle of the night, booked a last minute alternative hotel room, took a taxi, laundered all of our clothing, and returned to our country to buy a steam cleaner to steam everything else. We laundered clothes at the recommended 60 degrees and had some items that were destroyed at such a high temperature. The response from the hotel was that in Athens during the summer bugs in the bed are common, however we visit Athens annually at least twice a year for over 15 years without such an experience.
