I really loved the accomodation! Everything clean, organized, comfortable and the staff were very friendly!!! I wish there were more fruits options in the breakfast, but it was awesome anyways!

Nothing, I asked for a room with a queen bed, they gave me two singles right by each other, the place feels old and IT IS SO DIRTY. Asked if they could change my room and they told me they don’t have any other available rooms.. i doubt that. Everything. My room was nasty, full of hairs, used toilet paper. The bed sheets were stained with something red. I had to leave and go to another hotel because of how dirty it was. Horrible experience, try to get a refund and of course nothing. Breaksfast was a buffet but extra limited. It says is a 4 star hotel, it is a 2 star max.

When first arriving, via walk from metro, there is small path near hotel that takes you to street for hotel entrance. Its easy to miss if you don't know area. It would be nice to have a sign that helps guide the way.

It could be very noisy in the rooms, lacks soundproof. You can literally hear people in the hallway like if you don't have a door at all. A door slam of someone entering his room is usually very loud and can wake you up at night.

The beds were very comfortable. It had basic amenities and the room space was nice. The staff was also very friendly. Nice view from the top floor! The cleaning wasn’t great. It was also noisy, we were close to the elevator and we could hear everything from the room. I also wouldn’t rate it a 4-star hotel but rather a 3-star.

The hotel has a good location, not too far from the metro at Syngrou Fix. Getting there from the airport via train was ok, with a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had large bags and it wasn't too bad. Hotel started off well, with water and coffee for all people, but that was only for day 1 of our stay. Subsequent days we were told we could buy bottled water at the lobby bar, and we sourced our own coffee satchels. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Wifi ok. Thanks to nearby metro, Athens' attractions were easy to get to. Breakfast food was reasonable, with some tasty vegetables to mix with the bacon and eggs. Tomatoes and olives were so good! Room service menu and the rooftop bar menu was the same food, rooftop bar view and vibe was great and the staff up there were fantastic. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Only bottled water and coffee for day 1 of a 7 night stay... Breakfast staff could be grumpy but mellowed after we were there a day or two. Breakfast became an order system for the hot food on certain days as there were not enough people staying there, likely due to it being mid-winter.

The location was fine, we were able to walk and bus easily to everywhere we wanted to go in Athens. Check-in and check-out were easy. Very nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but was good enough (it could be improved by switching it up a little, at the very least). We did appreciate the cookies in the lobby. The WiFi was awful in the room -- theoretically it existed, but it didn't really work, and we had to sit in the lobby to do anything online. The third bed in the "triple room" was not actually a bed, it was a cot, and was terribly uncomfortable. I would NOT have selected this hotel had I known this. The "luggage storage" was just on a shelf in a public area, and not even where staff could keep an eye on it, so not at all secure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Around the corner were some wonderful restaurants and cafes and it wasn’t too far of a walk to the main tourist area.
-
Breakfast was awesome - yummy and plenty ? Was hoping for a queen-size bed as requested, but had a two twin bed pushed together - having the gap in between.
-
The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Staff were very helpful! The breakfast was good, not outstanding, but had a decent variety to suit varying tastes. The location is not the best as it is 15 minutes walk from the closest Metro Station and not the best area to walk.

The people were very helpful and friendly. We were going on a cruise the next day

Nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant is a MUST, specialty at night, with a great view of the Parthenon.

Location is okie. I can see the Acropolis in my room. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast. The front desk staff. Very friendly, informative and approachable. I would say the buffet staff. They should be welcoming with a happy smile. feel the guests comfortable.

Room fine, not overly large but good space. Bfast great-it came with our reservation, so make sure it comes with yours. Lovely rooftop sitting area-can see Parthenon. Front desk assistance was above excellence. Location very good-about a 15 minute walk to Acropolis, and by a metro stop. all fine-be sure to ask for an adapter to borrow at front desk if using US plugs.
