Great location, highly recommend

From the first message from the owner, everything was clear and understandable.Very easy check-in. The apartment is wonderful, clean and comfortable room, excellent location. The owner is very pleasant and kind Yes, it's noisy here, but this is Monastiraki! You get used to it quickly. It didn't even bother me, and I'm a very light sleeper. And, of course, you can always use the earplugs the host provides.

It’s in the heart of the city. Easily accessible by metro and buses. The area is vibrant, full of life, has lots of restaurants, shops, taverns, accommodations, you name it, they are there. It’s convenient. A laundromat is just steps away, a small market is right across the street. M17 is clean, modern, very roomy, and it’s quite comfortable. The biggest issue for me was the noise from the street. Even with the earplugs (supplied by management), I could hear the laughters, conversations etc. continued into the early morning hours. If you do not plan to be part of that, maybe this is not your place.

Overall, it was really good for the price we paid. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and everything was clean. The bathroom and bed were great, and the room was nicely decorated. The owners were very kind and friendly, and I was always in touch with them on WhatsApp, even before the trip. Overall, I’m satisfied considering the price we paid, but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. I had read in many reviews before our stay that the curtains and blinds could be darker, and they were absolutely right — especially in our room, where the streetlight outside stayed on all night, making the room quite bright. Since I prefer sleeping in the dark, it was a bit uncomfortable for me. Another thing is the neighborhood — it’s quite noisy. Maybe adding an extra double-glazed window and a blackout curtain would make everything perfect.

I love the neighborhood , walkable, close to all the attractions, close to subway, and all the restaurants and bars The neighborhood is alive and loud, so if you are in Athens to take rest you have to go to another neighborhood. If you are here to explore, this neighborhood is where everything happens. the apartment is located in front of a 24h supermarket which makes everything super convenient It was renovated and clean.

Host was very communicative- over whatsapp. Keys were simple to get, bed was exceptionally cozy and the shower was large and powerful. We were only there for a night, but this would definitely be a nice place for someone staying longer. They had a hot plate and utensils and great lightening and a nespresso. It's a loud at night, but that's maybe to be expected anywhere in this area.

amazing accommodation, very nice and especially helpful lady, great communication, everything great. Quiet, clean room, everything you need is there, or can be borrowed /iron, extra duvet, etc./ All with a smile and willingness. When checking out, you could leave your suitcases at the reception before we went to the airport. If it is available again and I return to Athens, which I plan to do, I will gladly stay again

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient in the centre of psiri with all amenities,restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms was modern very spacious,very clean with all amenities. The host is very kind and hospitable and attended our needs.
