Nafsika Hotel Athens Centre

Aircon was only one in the bedroom and didn't work properly.

Only the balcony No drinking water or hot drinks on arrival , but the stuff was nice she give me kattel to make my hot drink

It’s well located Shower was really anal and the plastic was taped with a band aid. Also in three nights it was not really good to hear so many noises around 2 am.

The windows really didnt isolate outside sounds.

The room is very clean. It's in the city center, everything is close by, and the prices are good. Thank you.

The hotel was near Metro station. It was clean, and very nice staff.

The room was clean. Horrible location, not safe, specially at night , lots of drug attics hanging by the hotel . The place is the true statement of “ you get what you paid for”. No WiFi in my room, no phone to call reception, only one outlet by the bathroom. Loud doors and hallways. Overall not a good experience.

It was so close to public transit, with a metro stop only a two minute walk away. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk from all the touristy spots. Even though it was in a busy area, it was cozy and quiet inside. The staff are amazing and helped us figure out public transit and rental cars. My only complaint is that the immediate area around the hotel felt a little unsafe, and I would not feel comfortable walking around that area alone. It appeared to be around the corner from some type of homeless encampment, and a few nights we had to keep the windows closed because there were was a man screaming.

Location close to dining, taxis easy to get, price was right, staff was friendly, and room was clean. Shower was quite small and low water pressure made it hard to wash my hair.

Nice staff . Room was nicely renovated It didn’t reflect the hotels internet site, which I believe needs updating. It was around the corner from area with drugs and the homeless

Close to train and subway. Was very clean, safe, front desk people very friendly. Mr Hondos great coffee bar in the morning and the Balkana restaurant is behind the hotel on a small street, the best food. Don't be deterred by the homeless people, they keep to themselves. This a great hotel.

The property is indeed renovated, but there's a feel of neglect in the way the rooms are set up. The room felt a bit more like a rudimentarily equipped student dorm than a up to 70 euro per night facility. Although the room looked and felt clean, we have reasons to feel quite suspicious as to whether there is an actually thorough sanitation process going on -- suffice it to say that although we booked for three nights, we checked out after the first night, without even requesting a refund.

The hotel is close to the centre and uses the services of the parking site right across the street. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is small but well equipped - even has a hair dryer. The staff is friendly and polite, ready to answer any questions we had. This is one hotel we would like to stay in when we next come to Athens. The surrounding streets are full of drug addicts and people you would not like to be near you. However, this is not the problem the hotel can solve, even though it tars its reputation. In any case, the stay there was an agreable experience.

Noise from outside

for the price it's a very good deal. very simple, but clean, and the room was quite big. room was quiet to the back with absolutly no view. I guess you can have a view in the rooms to the street, but they will be noisy. very friendly staff. It's close to the subway and not far from Omonia. I had a quite slow internet. it might be better in different floors or rooms.

It was old , loud but economical . For the $ amount
