Pan Hotel

The location was great. The people at teh reception were very friendly. Especailly thanks to the lady at breakfast - very helpful. The room was good, big enough. We had two bathrooms, but the second one was not comfortable at all. The room was clean, but not perfectly clean. The dust on shelves... Breakfast was OK - not very good, but enough variety for 2-3 days) Not that much. Maybe need to be a bit cleaner and maybe a bit richer breakfast. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Location, near syntagma and monastiraki square None

Central location.

Central to tourist area with reasonable walk to sights. Surprisingly quiet on the fourth floor. Staff was personable and helpful. Cot was not very comfortable

The location was perfect we easily walked to the areas we wanted to visit like, acropolis, acropolis museum, plaka, monastraki square, sightseeing bus stop, etc... There were so many cafes, restaurants, shops in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received answers to all our questions that exceeded our expectations. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the staff at the reception, and especially to Ms. Eliza, who served breakfast in the breakfast room. Ms. Eliza was truly incredibly helpful and friendly. We will always remember her.

Breakfast - very good. Location - excellent. Room - very good. They state that there is free WIFI, but it is impossible to connect to the free open wifi. In the past, Pan had a secure internet, but - no longer. I think this is very cheap: especially if one considers it costs 150 Euros per night to stay at the hotel.

Everything was clean and the hotel was in a central location. Friendly staff. Very spacious and I was surprised to have a balcony. Breakfast included was a nice feature. I cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Central walkable Location lots around to do and see

Good location in downtown. Many cafes, etc. around. 1) Wifi was only available at the reception area (ground floor). No progress with fixing this in 4 days. 2) very noisy cleaning/housekeeping activities started at around 06:00-06:30. 3) breakfast food selection is quite limited.

The location The beds were too soft and the breakfast did not meet the same standards as other hotels nearby.

Friendly staff, good hygiene, comfy bed… I’d stay here again for sure. Water should be complimentary, at least upon check-in.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel location was ideal for touring Athens on foot.

Everything is ok The only small pronlem is that therre is only 1 small elevator

The elevator was a bit small. If you're family with suitcases, you don't all fit there. We sent suitcases with elevator and the rest took staires. All was good ?.

Awesome staff and perfect location. They need improvement in cleanses and facilities special upgrade bathrooms there look very old and out of date.
