Zeus Essence Wyndham Athens Residence

We stayed here for the final night of our trip to Greece. We were treated to a room upgrade which was a great surprise! The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff both at check in and check out were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We wish we had more time to stay before leaving for Canada - one night wasn’t enough!

A/C is not working well, 1st day it was good, but 2nd day room is very warm and could not adjust A/C.

Service was outstanding. Nice touches at arrival and departure. Gave clear instructions to find parking and room was spacious with extra amenities. Loved the later check out and ease of leaving luggage while site seeing on our last day.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff were exceptional. Diana, Chrysa, Ana, Anthony and Elena all provided service above and beyond. Our flight arrived at 5am and they helped to keep us comfortable and get us into a room as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We loved the rooftop bar and breakfast was delightful. We will definitely stay here when we visit Athens again.

Location

The property was nice and spacious! we stayed for one night and there was loud music from around 10 PM all the way to 5 AM. We were unable to sleep due to it being so loud and had to leave by 5:45 to catch a taxi to the airport.

The friendly and welcoming staff, especially Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to the main attractions in Athens. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. Nothing significant.

Everything is good . Specially Mr.Ahmad is very good reception and help us in everything that we want.

Good place next to metro and there was ahmet help us too much

The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Hope (she is the from desk staff), was exceptional. I had a little issue with my reservation but they were able to resolve it efficiently. It was hard to find- the signage was not prominent enough.

Nice hotel, good shower, good bed. Very convenient location. Extremely kind and attentive staff.

I chose this property because someone left a review that the blue double-decker tour bus picks you up right outside the door! This was great for tourist wanting to see the city. It was very convenient. We had an excellent room with a view and we’re quite happy with the staff. Everyone was helpful and happy and eager to help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was also wonderful. The elevator was okay except when the school tours came. Then it was too small. But not bad enough to dislike the property!

Location , facility and staff

Everything was great - the staff, the room, the breakfast. Just don’t make a left out the front door (we didn’t), and we felt safe at all times around the hotel. It’s a tad on the louder side, but it’s fine.

It was all very good, the staff were amazing, on the check in day I arrived early there was a very nice girl in the reception she made sure that I get free breakfast till they prepared the room, gave me tips where to go, and on the check out day Ahmed was very helpful he gave me some extra time to check out, and was very helpful.
