i booked room to: Clarion Hotel & Conference Center North Atlanta, Another name is Budget Inn Doraville. Staff is not friendly. Place is full with Weed smell. Floor carpet is burned with something. Bath tab water shower is not controllable. Electric sockets are loose. only good is that room was spacious.

The customer service wasn't acceptable , the gentleman was offensive , and never returned the $50.00 deposit to my account ,but said he did I'll give it 5 business days. The hotel itself wasn't bad at all for it's price , I just think the elderly gentleman was the weak link for that hotel , I would score more highly if he would have been a better representative , he wasn't awful , just possibly a little prejudice about the caliber of guests going through there , since it's so cheap , he's devaluing people , it's sad , but his demeanor reflected that , I hope he requires more from himself in the future .

This is a horrible smell of weed every where. Staff is over rude, un ethical and unprofessional. No microwave in room. Floor is very dirty carpet. Evening Staff and morning staff are equally same ill behavior. I think they are not getting paid. Room temperature was not good either. Last part of night, i felt a little break to sleep. I think it is not for tourist. it is for local people who wants to smoke together. Not safe building and area at all since they are sign every where that we are not Responsible for anything etc with your car. Stay away.

Nothing I didn’t even stay here canceled my stay & still only got a portion of my money back after he told me over and over that I would get a FULL refund.. Everything it’s a nasty 1 star motel that you’ll definitely never forget.
