The staff at this property were problematic from the start. They were rude and condescending. In addition, the cleanliness wasn't there. I had pillows and bedding I didn't use due to it being stained and dirty. The young lady that checked me in didn't understand that the booking was paid in full via Expedia & Afterpay. She made me end up having to cancel my reservation and then I ended up paying in person there. Again, this was verified by two different agents with Expedia that I was paid in full. The listing said that a continental breakfast is included and it was, however, the gentleman running the front desk asked me the room number. I gave this to him and went to pose a question to which he said," no conversation just room number only." The next interaction I had with someone on staff was the person cleaning rooms. I opened the room door because Doordash was having an issue locating the room. She said to me no smoking. I motioned to her that I was looking for a food delivery person and not smoking. I do not smoke and to assume that one does is ignorant. I booked this place because it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I would not stay here again. I was in a pinch due to a relocation.

My tv wasn’t working call the front desk they said they was come up and get me different tv they didn’t my kids went three days with no tv at all

There was handy man working on the floor below.... when we walk to the car saw screws n nails on the ground. The refrigerator leaking water on the floor...it was ok place

There was trash left outside the door when we arrived. Inside the room was soooo run down. There was still trash on the floor from the previous people who stayed there - including bottle caps. Dirt everywhere. The couch was missing a cushion cover so it was just the stuffing on the couch. So weird.

The 1st room they gave me there was a broken down cabinet outside the room. The TV could only get one channel .The tub was dirty in that room so I asked for a new room. The new room was just as bad. The floor was coming up. There was black mold on the walls. The tub filled with water when showering. It was one of the worst experiences staying in a hotel/motel.

Place could use some renovation. Not as bad as Super 8 on Old Nat Pkwy in Atlanta near airport. Need better wifi, password did not work. Canlble TV reception could be better as well.

I called to complain they hung up on me. They pretend they can’t speak English. Which is a lie. Horrible Horrible stay. Do not support their business.

There was mold all in my bathroom which caused me to be extremely sick and have to be hospitalized

Empty condom boxes in there before I came in no trash can toilet leaking phone not working just overall a mess!!

Nice room and amenities if cared for properly. My room had one lamp, leather chair and toilet requiring repair.

First it took 4 tries to get a room with 2 beds, tv, fridge, microwave as the description stated and as we reserved months ago. Was not accessible as we needed, reeked of smoke despite being nonsmoking. Everything filthy from parking lot to railing to room. Used condoms in stairwell. Only 2 towels 1 washcloth despite reservations for 3 (ended up just being 2 of us luckily). Person in room next to us up talking and watching tv literally all night. Finally fell asleep at 7, 725 a hotel worker was pounding on the door yelling that they were police. Very first amenity listed in breakfast. At check-in were told it started at 7 am. However in the morning we were told there's no breakfast since covid. So that was 5 yrs ago they stopped serving breakfast, so why still listed? The advertised breakfast played into our decision to stay here. And how does 40 a night and 2 nights add up to 150? We could have stayed someplace actually comfortable for the cost. This was not a pleasant or cost-effective stay nor was it a good value. We were so drained we had to cut our activities short since we literally couldn't sleep.

I wanted to take a bath,tub was dirty. Motel next door felt like Mario van Peebles and Wesley snipes in New Jack City

We booked a non-smoking room but our room smelled like cigarette and whole night I was suffocating. Room lacks even basic cleanliness. Sheets had multiple cigarrette burns. Floor boards comes off and shower curtain is dirty. Room did not even have basic toiletries, only a soap and shampoo tube. No conditioner, no lotion, no hairdryer. Details they provided in expedia is very misleading. There was no microwave only a dusty fridge. Also in expedia, booking mentions it includes breakfast but when we go there, the person in reception said they don’t provide breakfasy anymore after covid. But still they are such crooks who don’t bother to mention it in Expedia. This place seems like a place where construction people stays, so not really suitabl for travelers. This is worst motel I have ever stayed. Avoid this place at all cost for your sake!
