Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Chamblee

We had to switch room because of cockroach, smelly room. No key card for the stay because the system was down. Service window was not open on time. Just not a good stay.

Key card and printer not working when we arrived. Initially suggested we come back later, but ultimately checked in and let in room with promise of getting key card later. We never got cards. Next clerk on duty was still on the phone with tech support trying to figure out the problem. Had to leave people in each of the rooms and station more people at exterior exits to get our luggage out next day. No staff in office at 7 AM. This one goes down as on of our top 3 worst stays ever.

Later, Expedia refunded me only $54.95 instead of refunding the full $68.44 that I had to pay at the hotel. I am still short $13.49 because of this issue. This was frustrating because I expected Expedia to handle the hotel payment properly. I would like Expedia to review this and refund the remaining $13.49.

All of my items was stolen by the hotel staff I absolutely have nothing left with what I came. I’m from outta town and the staff there was plotting on stealing my stuff by them seeing me change clothes and shoes I’m a comedian and was down there for a business trip and events they proclaimed they cleaned my room but yet couldn’t give me my stuff back and they had no reason to be in my room, he claimed he threw my stuff away I had to call police and everything and will be placing a lawsuit against them.

It was in close proximity to downtown. It smelled like cigarettes smoke in the room and people smoking marjuana at the entrance. There wasn’t enough washcloths or towels, although I requested extra and didn’t receive them.

One of the stuff in the morning wasn't friendly at all she act like she don't like me when I never did nothing to her period second I went without a TV for a whole day then I ask can I get a discount she got smart with so I left and went back to my room which it's 107 I really want to the manager

I Enjoyed the whole stay and recommend it!!! To all family and friends. An looking for a nice affordable, clean, safe, family, kids, pet friendly environment, this Extended Stay Of America Select Suites, Atlanta-Chamblee Tucker is number (1) on my list The Employees involvement with the management, the Housekeeper, and Custodian. Are very helpful ? ?understanding and goes more then their job to help and make things way more efficient, easier, comfortable doing your stay.

The laminate flooring in the bathroom was bubbling up, hardly attached to the floor. Trip hazard. I walked into the room and then checked out without laying in the bed. I travel for work so I stay in hotels A LOT, I mean this when I say this… I wouldn’t book.

Parking was great room had a slight smell but it was comfortable

Candis and the front desk staff are very nice and accommodating in addition to be personable. They were always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and smelled good, like a barbershop, don’t mind me I’m weird lol. Plenty of parking and shops near by. You will get your monies worth for sure.

Candice was such a joy during check-in. Extremely patient and understanding while checking me in and very helpful when it came to asking questions about the app and benefits of using the app. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and accommodating whenever an issue came about. Would definitely recommend this location for those looking for a place stay short or long term.

Clean room. Nice staff. Pet friendly. Not many shops nearby tho… not extremely far…. But not close either.

The property was clean, but the elevator went out once and could've used a good mopping and the walls inside and out the elevator. There was a little trash in the parking lot out in the back of property that needed picking up, and the hallway could use better lighting and air freshener, it smelled a little in the hallway. Oh. And better beds for sure. The bed We had was way to small. I end up going to Walmart and getting an air mattress. Other then that, the stay way was ok.

Great location, plenty of stores in the area. Easy checkin Process. Plenty of parking. You get what you pay for. Great price, need major repairs. Elevators an first floor very dirty. You can smell smoke all thru the hallways. Our bathroom sink an tub had cigarette burns on it. Microwave didn’t work.

The smell & the rooms were awful
