Masters Inn Atlanta - Doraville at I-85 & 285

Cheap hotel so expectations not high. Room clean but property in bad condition. The door to my room did not lock. That is a major concern. You could just push the door open. They need to fix that.

Nothing good to say about this place. Booked a room after a long day of dealing with delayed flight that ended up being canceled. Exhausted, hot, and sweaty, I went to the room and took a shower. Once I got out, I went to the bed and the bed and pillows were full of yellow and brown stains. it was incredibly filthy. Even the wall had stains on it. So upset, my partner and I went to ask for a refund cause there was no way we wanted to stay there with how disgusting it was. The staff argued with us and laughed in our face. Told us we’ve been there for an hour…1 HOUR and it’s too late to refund even though we didn’t see the stains prior, if we had, we would’ve been went down to ask for a refund. They treated us terribly, just kept saying they could give us new sheets or a different room. We looked at the other rooms, and they were just as filthy, one of them even still had yet another stain on the bed. At the end, they finally agreed to give us a refund after we asked to speak to the owner (which we never got the chance to since they gave up once we asked for that) and we left, we didn’t stay. They said it would take a week to receive the refund. It’s been 2 weeks, and I have never received a refund from this place. THEY LIED. DO NOT GO HERE. Incredibly rude staff and incredibly filthy. You’ll just get laughed at and refused a refund if you ask.

The bus stops are a block away, very convenient to local shopping and Marta Stations. Very convenient access to I 85/2-85.

They kicked me out and they stayed with my money if I could get a refund that would be much better

It was quiet and the location had police patrolling it You can tell the area is pretty sketchy , lots of drug activity , heard it was a rapist in that area by someone in the hotel so nobody could walk alone ,the room towels weren't clean
