It's clean, the staff was nice to me and it's just 10m from the metro station - so practical for Paris! No minifridge in the room, so I couldn't store my food. Thinner walls = for long phone calls at night, you'd better go to the loby.

It was very close to metro station line 12 which made transportation really convenient. It was very neat. The shower's water pressure was very low.

The location was ideal The staff was not friendly at all.The hotel room were not what we expected, very small and very uncomfortable ,the staff was not helpfull at all ,we expect to have some basics amenities in the room such as a mini bar ,a kettle for some tea or coffee and the bed was not comfortable at all. It was very basic and I feel that it is too pricey for such facilities.

The staff haliami is the best staff wow!!! Have been staying for two years now and I can say the management is good I faced a bad staff in February and haliami helped me. The manager doesn’t speak English so kind of difficult to talk all my pains out. No daily cleaning

Tenzin helped us move to another room when he found the one he gave the AC wasn't working. Very clean and nice. Next to the metro station so we had a pleasant stay Nothing

Modern but basic rooms. It had everything you need though. Quiet and perfect location for metro. Self check in was very straightforward too. A small hand towel would have made it even better.

Me gusto que al llegar la recepción, los pasillos y la habitación se encontraban limpios con olor agradable. La ubicación es estratégica por que se encuentra en frente de una estación del metro que brinda conexión con diferentes lineas del metro, alrededor del hotel se pueden encontrar tiendas para víveres que es un punto a favor. la estación del bus es al menos 9mts caminando pero la zona no es muy agradable, estuvimos 5 días en el hotel y no recibimos ninguna limpieza adicional o reposición de productos lo que nos pareció no un buen servicio, el aire acondicionado nos genero problemas por que no funcionó debido y mas en temporada de verano. Es bueno calidad y precio pero con puntos de mejora para una experiencia mas agradable.
