Clean, comfortable, courteous and close to our venue

Elevator need some work. Carpets were worn. Workers pleasant and heloful.

The staff were friendly and check in and out process was quick. There were dog hairs on sofa. Room 407.

Both of our rooms have bed bugs, would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful, sort few issues we had with microwave not working. Room was a great size. No way in walking distance and didn’t particularly like the area but hotel did the job!

The front desk lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was decent but the bathroom in our room felt old and kind of in need of some upkeep. Everything else was good. Having breakfast available in the morning was nice.

The breakfast is pretty good. It would be nice if the yogurt machine was working (or provide the small individual containers). The coffee was either really good or really not so good. As with most hotels, the room could use a complete deep cleaning. The only thing that really bothered me was the people in the room above me would stomp around for an hour late at night.
