Mistake booking a room over there! Wes stayed for 3 nights and I think it’s goin to be our first and last experience with them. Obviously it’s next to the freeway you will hear cars passing 24/7! It’s my fault not knowing that! The air conditioning in our room fan mode not working! The worst part no cleaning person if you asked for them.

We were welcomed and checked in by a very nice staff member. The room was very clean and well cared for. The breakfast provided the next morning was great. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
-
It met expectations as a lower priced option in the area, but still not sure about value. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room had a funny smell. Convenient gas station, IHOP and Jack in the Box in the parking lot.

great stay at a great price!

Ashley was quite helpful, giving us recommendations for local food. Breakfast in the morning was good. Wish we had time to check out the pool and hot tub. Next time :) The hotel was close to the concert venue and would definitely stay here again.

I discovered two unidentified needles in the bathroom of my hotel room. This was extremely alarming, especially because I was traveling with my child. Needles are potentially hazardous items and should never be left in a room that has supposedly been cleaned and prepared for a new guest.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of foods to pick from. I did not have a working fridge in my room, so I could not keep any food or cold drinks. The hot tub seemed to be foaming out of the top while one person was in it with the jets on. Seemed to me like a chlorination dosage problem.

The breakfast was decent tho

The staff was great! The rooms were very comfortable and clean .The only thing that i found not so great , was the toilets. They set too low! They need to be updated and be replaced! Other than that I loved my stay.

It was not explained at check in that the rooms are only serviced every three days, despite a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that towels and bed sheets would be changed out daily, unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign was hung on the door, which we did not do. Sheets not a problem, but towels, garbage, bathroom paper products etc. is ridiculous and WAS NOT explained at check in. Desk staff even said there was no sign in the room stating this would be done daily, despite my two visits to the front desk to find out what was going on. Follow up with the General Manager was useless. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Just wanted to chill out and watch some movies. When I stayed a month ago, there was no problem signing into my streaming apps. This time, TVs had been disabled from the Internet due to "security". I would have stayed at another hotel if I'd known about this change.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the kids loved it. Nothing.

Disappointed. Make sure to double check policies for late check ins, especially if you’re travelling

My experience was horrible. There was no hot water, the air comditioner smelled like mildew. Room was downgraded to try to fix thise issues. No discount offered. Towel service wasnt done and we had to ask. The worst 3 night stay I have ever had in my life. My children were so miserable with luke warm showers it wasnt even funny. We didnt dare use the pool because no hot shower afterward is gross. Because the downgraded me rooms they followed protocal in their minds and that was compensation enough. This hotels idea of customer service is horrible. The managers wont deal with it and stand behind the word "protocal" instead of actually doing the right thing and offering a discount. We stayed 3 miserable nights and would have left if there would have been another room in town available but their was a car race in town so everything was booked. Of course that also meant the rooms where a crazy high price compared to a weekend they arent booked. There were stange people wandering the parking lot atvall hours so safety was also a concern outside. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The staff was nice but issues and customer service is crap.
