The room was run down, dirty and disgusting. The bed was ok. Some lights didn't work, door was difficult to open and shut. I have never stayed in such an atrocious room. Parking was ok.

Smoking smell was there in the room

Check in required a $100 refundable security deposit. A/C, heat, and Ice machine did not work. Bath tub and laboratory sink did not have a stopper. Water at the time attempted a bath the water was cool. Small bugs swamped the laboratory sink. Room was on the side of a small plane airport which was very noisy. Entire facility needed cleaning.

The very best thing was the young man who worked at the desk. He was very helpful, polite, got us anything we needed and understood our frustrations. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The place itself is basically a dump! It's old and run down and the first room they tried to put us in smelled like smoke (Even though there is a no smoking sign on the door and you have to sign an agreement when you check in that you will not smoke in the room), the carpet was soaking wet under the window and the little refrigerator they provided was barely cool at the coldest setting. The next room was better, it didn't smell like smoke, but it smelled a bit musty that was covered over with an air freshener. The toilet leaked, so had to lay a towel down on the floor to soak it up. There are no amenities at all, anything we needed we had to go ask for, like an extra blanket for my mom who froze the first night. AND! To top it all off, right on the other side of the fence is the Auburn airport, so we heard planes taking off all day and all night! This was absolutely NOT worth the price I paid for it! It might have been worth about $80 a night but I believe I paid about $180 a night. In my opinion I should get a big refund! I would never stay here again!

They do not offer water or coffee in your room. They don't give you enough towels or have the lamps ready to be turned on. (Unplugged and not able to plug them anywhere without an extension cord)

Liked the price but you get what you pay for. Parking was easy however there was a lot of noise from the parking lot on Friday night. It advertised free breakfast but that was not the case. No breakfast. Toilet acted like it wanted to overflow a couple times. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome.

Nothing at all too old for that price Rooms are spacious but the birth rooms are so squeezed, are they are too old for that price
-
It’s not completely clean No breakfast as you listed It’s more than a month they haven’t send the $112 we pay upfront
-
I would like they don’t lie about the facilities
-
Good price got what I paid for
-
Everything. Room was dirty, gross, smelled musty. No breakfast like advertised.
-
Also the old beds in the hot tub area should go to the dump.
-
Room wasn’t very clean, some stuff didn’t work, staff had lousy customer service.

The front desk staff was willing to help find a resolution Discovered an active bed bug infestation in our room on May 17, 2026. Found multiple live bugs including one that had fed. Captured a live specimen as evidence. The property processed a refund after we reported it and contacted Booking.com, which we appreciated - but future guests should be aware.
-
the fact that booking charged me 40 dollars a night more than if I had walked in and got a room won't use booking again
