Comfort Inn Auburn - Seattle

Comfortable bed and pillow A lot of broken and worn out items in the room (sink cracked, bench cracked) and throughout the hotel (common chairs are peeling off). You can hear the person above/besides you. When the unit above flushes it makes a VERY loud noise.

Toilet flush wasn’t working effectively and bathtub wasn’t clean. Hotel can do a better job of maintaining its rooms.

Adequate overnight stay. There is a nice indoor pool. Convenient freeway access. We have stayed here to attend concerts at the Muckleshoot Casino and White River Amphitheater.

After finally getting to the Comfort Auburn-Seattle because I had mistakenly thought I had my reservation at the Comfort Auburn-Pacific hotel, things went pretty smoothly. The shift manager Tim was very helpful and pleasant, and quickly noted about my complaint about my hotel door being hard to open and shut, and promised to get on the problem quickly. The breakfast buffet was okay, but frankly the breakfast at the Auburn-Pacific had more choices. But in all, a nice overnight stay.

The staff was amazing. Especially Lia.

Good comfortable stay

Room was clean and great amount of tv channels. Indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was above the usual smaller motel chain. Highly recommend.

Quiet night of sleep. Good breakfast. Even though rooms were non smoking they had the lingering odor of smoke. I must say it didn't bother me after a few minutes in the room and not at all while sleeping.

the bed and bedding were good the staff were pleasant the lobby was clean the hotel seemed safe and secure the room was not worth the price, furniture and finishings were not in good condition- scraped and worn, the cable box was hanging out of the wall, the bathroom shelves were not clean the shower/tub water pressure was very low, the bathtub was stained, the bathroom lighting was terrible, the carpet in hallway and room smelled unclean

Still waiting for my refund . I did not stay there . Was there for few min . The room was smoked. The area is ghetto. Don’t even go there. I’m still waiting for my refund. I was just there for a few minutes because I booked a non-smoking room and they were giving me smoking room so I left right away.

Shower had no power and sink was cracked. Just needs updated

Rooms were big and clean. Nice hot tub. Our room door (301) would not close and latch automatically, had to pull or push rather hard.
