Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this place and our experienced is always satisfying. Even our colleagues whom we referred this place liked it. Staff are friendly and polite. Foods are great. Well recommended

This particular location is great but does have train noise so beware of that. I'm also not a fan of having no coffee in the room. They do have coffee in the lobby all the time but I prefer having it in the room.

Breakfast was good. The staff were really friendly. Everyone there seemed to enjoy their stay, which also made it feel like the whole place was being taken care of. The pool was small. Not necessarily bad, just if there were a lot of kids there, you couldn't have a good time. So that's a case-by-case basis, your experience may vary.

Nice clean hotel, however next to a train yard and very noisy all day but especially at night. Had to remind staff two days to clean the room but otherwise staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything was great along with the complimentary breakfast. No complaints and a good stay! There is a train across the street and signs on doors advising if the train is too loud they can try to accommodate and switch rooms, but we did not find it noisy at all. Maybe for light sleepers be aware, but they also provide ear plugs. Great stay, no issues.

The breakfast had a variety of fresh foods. 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby was a plus as we had a very early departure on our last day. Room was clean, quiet, well stocked with towels. Liked having Dove products in the bathroom. Would have liked to have had a granola cereal to use as a topper for yoghurt. Would have liked to have real 1/2 and 1/2 at the 24/7 coffee bar instead of artificial creamers. Would have liked to have had a water bottle refill station somewhere near the lobby instead of having to use the water fountains around the corner from the elevators.

There were pet urine stains on carpet and the allergens of pets in the room. Long black hairs in the bathroom and juice or coffee drops that had not been wiped off the bed end table. It was not cleaned well but the hotel was nice. Other than the allergens and urine stained floor the room was nice, everything in the room appeared new.
