bare bones but clean and cheap

Housekeeping staff is very nice. Mattresses are comfy. Security door at lobby to ensure authorized entry after check in. This hotel is BRAND NEW. SO new I feel like we were the first people to use our room. There are things that could use improvements. Room floors are not carpeted; they are laminate which I can understand, for the cleaning aspect, but not for warmth and noise. The beds are on a cot like frame and move easily on the laminate flooring. Just sitting on the bed, leaning up against the wall, the bed moves away from the wall. Walls are thin; can hear people, and tv, in next rooms and people in the hall. No ice machine in the building at all. Wi-Fi requires last name, Room# and your email in order to connect. Kind of a hassle. Policy states two devices are allowed for free Wi-Fi, but we were only able to connect one. Our stay was on Aug 18 and the elevator was not working.

There was a 10x10 hole in our ceiling above our shower. That was very awkward while showering.

I was quite pleased with my stay. The room was large and had a kitchenette, which I later appreciated because I had leftover food to store and then heat up. Eveything was quite clean, including the blinds -- yes, I did check that because I was curious. The hotel is very easy to get into and out of, and it's located a short driving distance away from several places to eat. It's super convenient for concerts at the White River Ampitheater -- that's why I was there. I was on the first floor by the secured entry -- it's locked 24 hours a day -- and there was parking very near to the door, even at 11:30pm when I finally returned to my room. Overall, this was a VERY good option, and I would stay there again. The price is great, it's super clean and modern, and the staff is very helpful.

The property was very clean and nice but at night the rooms still get a lot of light from the outside, so it’s difficult to fall asleep. They need better curtains.
-
It was not great experience hotel cancelled booking the rooms we’re overbooked and I booked 5 days prior. The staff couldn’t help. Also, you can hear noise in the hallways. Very loud.
-
Clean room, staff is great and AC works well. I like the full size fridge and range top burners in the room. The beds are comfy as well.

They didn’t have any utensils, you have to bring them yourself.

Location was good but staff were not responsive. We rang the reception bell twice and no response for over 15 mins.
-
This place doesn't serve coffee or breakfast.
-
The service wasn’t that great. They charge you for a coffee pot $29.95!?!? There were three people in our group and I had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths. No hand towels available. No toiletries provided, shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided

Great staff, very friendly, clean rooms. Will stay again

So the staff is fine nothing wrong with that part and it's clean. But the walls are super super thin i can't stress enough how this they are. Ill put it this way you're going to hear every step the people above you make. As well as it sounding like there's a sheet for the walls you can literally hear the people next to you breathing and not just snoaring literally just breathing every breath. Ive never stayed somewhere where the walls and ceilings were so thin. But other then that the hotel is fine

Beds very squeaky
-
No amenities in the rooms such as glasses, hand towels, hair dryer. etc
-
It was terrible,The bed was broken and every movement made so much noise,I got no sleep and wasn't able to relax after a concert at the White River Amphitheatre,We just picked the wrong place to stay at!We should be refunded
-
The room was very clean with the exception of the fridge as it was clean but someone left a flavored water that was open. This was the only negative mark as I worked in hospitality for 29 years the room was exceptionally clean
