No hairdryer No hand towels No conditioner No body wash No coffee pot or teabags No ice bucket No ice cube trays in the freezer. Phone in the room didn't work. No alarm clock. The Good: Super clean, great location, supportive staff.

Worst hotel stay in recent memory, but at least the folks at the front desk were nice. Insanely loud in the rooms from freeway noise. No coffee or any other amenities in the room whatsoever. Srsly: NO COFFEE. Like none at all. Anywhere in the hotel. There is nothing close to this place for food or beverage and I don't necessarily want to get up and drive somewhere just to grab a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The towels in the bathroom are washcloth sized, and there are zero amenities in the bathroom. Zero. There's a nice kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave, but zero dishes zero glasses and not a fork or spoon to be found anywhere. What’s the point of a kitchenette that doesn’t come with a bowl, plate or spoon? This hotel is a joke. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking this. AVOID WOODSPRING.

La chambre avait une kitchenette mais sans rien aucun ustensiles de cuisine aucun équipement. Pas de café dans les chambres ni à la réception. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est neuf et la dame qui a fait le Check out était très gentille et serviable. L’hôtel pourrait être très bien, la chambre avait une belle vue mais il faut revoir l’organisation

Everyone was so friendly

The staff locked us out of our room alleging we only paid for one night however we booked through Expedia, pay a check in and we gave a credit card at check in but yet because they didn’t know what they were doing we got locked out and had to be the ones to go to them to fix it. My credit card currently shows duplicate charges where they charged us both nights both times (at check in and again when they locked us out). There were electric vehicle charges in the side lot. The price was good and the location is right off the major roadway but honestly stay elsewhere if you can. The combination of everything and the inconveniences, it’s just not worth it.

The rooms are new, but had such a horrific smell that I could not stay there. I checked in around 8pm, and by 11pm I was packed up and at the front counter checking out. The staff was very polite and helpful, and saw that I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so she could not offer a refund directly. I didn't ask for one but she offered. Unfortunately these rooms were cean and quiet, but I've never paid for a room and left because of such a strong odor but there is a first time for everything I suppose. Would be a great place maybe I a year when the smell has cleared out.

Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy.

The front desk lady was rude, even when they had messed up they did not own to it, we asked for more towels and they did not have any they were completely out, tell me how that happens in a hotel. She accused my son of not even having a roomy their, nothing is provided at this place. I will not ever stay at a motel like this

Staff were helpful and amazing. No deposit and relatively new so everything was clean. Budget friendly but that has its drawbacks (no breakfast, coffee and you have to purchase dish packs or request extras). It’s also not really close to much that you can walk to but the location is actually convenient and not near high traffic areas. Depending on reason for my trip, I’d stay here again!

The room I was given after that was not the room that I paid for. At 6:30am I was awoken to other hotel guest entering my room as they seemed to have double booked my room as well. Infuriating stay.

Clerks were not helpful and appeared to be unconcerned. In addition this hotel was the barest of bones. Not even an ice machine. No complimentary water in the rooms and none left in the vending machine. 0/10 do not recommend

Very clean and simple room. No carpeting, which is great. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Plenty of ample parking. New hotel. Love the security features. Could have used hand towels.

There was a very loud compressor or something that was running next to our room all night. It sounded like an airplane taking the ff or landing. I did not get much sleep at all - which was unfortunate because it was just a place to stay to sleep for the night. My husband didn’t sleep either due to the noise. Otherwise, the hotel was as clean and good as

This hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. No continental breakfast or pool very basic but perfect for a quick night or if you’re needing to stay long-term, it has lots of cabinets and storage. Would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms,good staff

The room has awkward beds, hospital style. The rooms don’t have carpets. It is a strange setup.

The staff was welcoming. This location is quiet and closely located near a discount mall. Accessibility to the freeway is good- approximately 6 miles off the freeway. Although the pictures make it appear as if there is breakfast, there is not. The table shown in the pics is for delivery pickup. There aren’t many amenities (ie no pool, breakfast, or exercise room) but if you need a general hotel for a nearby meeting, this would be a good option. The bed is quite comfortable.

This is a very basic property. It is new, fresh, and clean. It is very economical, and you get what you pay for. It has absolutely no frills, but everything you need for sleep. Be sure to pack your toiletries and any creature comforts as the rooms are sparsely stocked. But the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Would stay again.

The property was very clean, the room had a funny smell like bleach had been used, wondered if someone had been murdered in the room. Thin walls and creepy people hanging out in the parking lot after dark. Would stay elsewhere next time.
