The staff that checked us in were very friendly. When we arrived we had to wait past the time to check in because the room was not ready yet it was being cleaned. Once we got up to the room it was not clean it was still dirty the bed had stray hairs all over the sheets and they were dirty, the toilet had urine on the toilet seat, the floors had spots of im not sure what on them and overall just not clean room. The bed was not comfortable but that's okay since we only stayed one night .

2nd sort visit to your hotel casino, I only stayed 1 night. I dined at 8 the Asian Restaurant i was by myself and ate at the sushi bar. The food was EXCELLENT the staff was too. Prompt service, friendly and checked on me several times. Couldn't find Video Poker slots, but didnt ask either

1) room not ready at 6:30pm ( 4pm check in stated) 2) hotel staff unaware of events or whereabouts there of and gave wrong information to us 3) threw away our leftover food checked at baggage as room not ready 4) checked in after 11:30 pm
