The staff members I interacted with were good and the fact that the breakfast is automatically included is a bonus. Facilities were limited -- for instance, only tumbler glasses in the bathroom, none in the refreshments area, and probably the worst selection of TV channels in an Auckland CBD hotel.

Total 100% rating in Service, Facility, Location and Amenities. The Staff are extremely polite and helpful specially to my kids. We loved the rooms with access door in the middle that gives us privacy and the price is affodable. This hotel is highly recommended. We will surely come back again. Safe pick up and drop off point for Uber or DiDi
