Very central to eateries, near the harbour which was lovely and clean! Also the staff allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary pastries as it was our honeymoon! Lovely indeed!

We loved the property The room next to ours had a loud party all night there was over 10 people in the room singing loudly until 6am in the morning after the night manager threatened them the police would remove them if they didn’t stop and leave their room

Good rooms. Could do with more things like tea coffee water complimentary Reception noisy and takes too long. Staff not that attentive.

We were given an upgrade from a standard King to a beautiful suite with Harbour views. As we were just staying one night for an event it was a lovely experience and very much appreciated. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Fabulous rooftop bar and dinner at Esther’s was incredible!

It was my partners birthday - the staff left an amazing thoughtful note and sweet treat. Nothing bad to say about the staff, they were lovely. The room was SO LOUD. Could hear absolutely everything next door - there was a screaming toddler outside in the room next door and in the hallway (not a problem to have an upset child in a hotel but the walls were so thin). Sounded like the child was right next to me screaming in my ear. Couldn’t sleep, could hear every conversation, thing drop on the floor in the rooms around us. Did not feel private/luxurious or comfortable at all for the price point. Genuinely confused as to what soundproofing was installed or how the walls are built for there to be such little noise control between our room/the rooms around us/the hallway.
