Lack of transparency over parking and the fact that it costs $40 a day and should be prebooked.

All good Very noisy group off people
-
Location It was a bit dated and noisy
-
Location was good, looked like the room has been recently painted and new curtains Noise from the hallway came through the door. the bath drainage was not working properly. by the time we finished bathing the water would be up at your ankle. I reported this to reception.

The room was nice for the price The staff on reception was distracted by her child and when the delivery of our dinner arrived we didn't get told until we called 13 minutes after it had been delivered. I wasn't impressed by that

location and staff Nothing

The location is great, central and easy to walk everywhere if you want to. There's underground parking available at the hotel too. Quite tight to get in and out, but it's still pretty good. The indoor pool + sauna was the highlight for us. We used the pool and spa everyday we were there. The sauna was really clean, hot and comfortable. Some part of the building is a bit dated. We stayed at the newly renovated ends of the hotel. It's not major dislike though. It's still really good value for money for what you can get in central auckland.

Location was great and easy to get to from the motorway. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Bed was a little soft for us but nice all the same. The staff were great with accommodating our request to have two rooms next to each other. The kids loved the pool and spa :) The fridge in one of our rooms was doing something odd - every couple of hours the freezer part would make a really loud noise which woke us through the night, The other room was fine. The fridge worked fine so I would think it was just a freezer issue.

Our room was perfect size The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect Location was in the right location to the casino, restaurants and cafe The service at reception was great Our bathroom floor flooded as it may have had a blocked drain. When we emptied the bath tub water, it came up out of the drain on the floor and flooded.

The room was clean, many restaurants around the area. Asking for the staff every time I want to use the swimming. There was some noise in the morning with the truck . Can they pick the rubbish not that early in the morning, it disturbed my sleep. When I was booking they mentioned that the parking is included but I was very surprised when they charged for the parking separately. It will be better to make things clear.

Near the city
-
The carpark didn't have to The basement carpark lifts and the hard bed view from the 1st floor not great traffic is extremely noisy cars loud music etc. Paying extra $150 for bond and $40 a night for carpark when you book via booking.com this extra cost isn't explained and it's a shock when you think you have paid for a room your going to get the key on arrival and you're told you have to pay extra money.

Room size was great, tidy and staff friendly. Pricing was great Close to the city, great walking distance to where we needed to be. Room was comfortable and quiet. Overall a great stay Bath was very small, but that really wasn't what we were there to use

Clean roomy rooms, liked the facilities. Balcony was good and kitchen Very shady and no real view.

Great central location. Spacious and comfortable rooms and free use of the sauna spa pool and gym. The staff was very helpful especially Jav. We came back a second time and will def be back again. Great value for money.

Nothing. Nosey staff Had to pay an unacceptable bond. Too far to get to underground parking. Had to call them to allow the lift to go do to the parking. Annoying as. Dangerous parking. It’s states the rooms have been updated. They weren’t that great. Over priced. And tv reception wasn’t the best. Card entry to room to get in and out of the hotel was like being locked away in a fortress. Wasn’t user friendly at all.
