Great central location, quiet, there was no traffic noise. Fridge and electric jug available. It did smell a little like drains. The room was also set in winter mode for the air conditioning, so it was quite cold when I arrived.

Property was modern, very clean and exceptional value for money Nothing really, Wynyard Quarter is a little way away from central city but the Central City link bus leaves close by, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby plus a small Woolworths market under the hotel

Wall outlet are all in AU/NZ type. No universal power outlet is available. Hotel reception does not provide any convertor, either. No microwave is available in hotel. Some construction is proceeding in the building. There are some noises.

It had a nice cafe off the lobby We had a terrible smell coming up from the drain in the bathroom. We asked for a late checkout on our last day to hopefully enjoy a good sleep in but were woken up at 7.06 am by a hammer drill

Room and bathroom were a bit compact to what I would usually pay that amount for.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Travelodge Wynyard Quarter. The room had all amenities, the bed was comfortable and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we could check in a bit earlier and store our luggage before our flight on the day of departure. They were also happy to help with any requests, including room cleaning upon request. We also liked the location, close to the waterfront but not in the middle of the business district.
