das Hotel am alten Park

What a wonderful hotel! Super modern, spacious and clean - it was renovated only a few years ago. Good size room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Free drinking water. And super quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast, very good selection. Mr Holger at the reception was super nice and helpful, I so enjoyed our conversation. We also really appreciated how close it is to the train station. There is mall with a Rewe supermarket ans a DM drugstore right across the street, so convenient. And a very nice Biergarten as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. The location is close to downtown. The room was very large, and the shower worked properly. You get a free beer if you don't want your room cleaned. This must have been part of the hospital before, because it is just like one would expect from a hosptial room. Strange noises in the night and early morning.

I stayed at this hotel several times in the past, together with my son. I like this hotel very much.

Loved our stay here. We received a warm friendly greeting and we're surprised by allowing us an early check in. Large clean comfortable room and bed. Simply furnished with all we needed. No air conditioning for a cooler night but fans allowed us to direct fresh air in thruout the evening. Quiet if windows closed. Great shower. Close to Haptbahnhof and mall with restaurants and grocery. Elevator. nothing

It was very clean, the receptionist was very accomdating and has explained the amenities clearly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure from the shower is strong, which is important to me. In general, I had a great stay at the hotel.

The receptionist was efficient & helpful. The family room was spacious with sufficient heating.

Location is perfect if you need to catch an early train because it is quiet and within walking distance to the station. It has a bit the atmosphere of a nursing home. Clean but very uncharging

The best thing about this hotel is they have clean and spacious rooms. The arrival was chaotic, it was really difficult to find the hotel. It's in the middle of a park where there's also a hospital and there's no clear indication of how to get there. I came across more guests in the same situation and had to give them instructions to get to the hotel. The room looks like a hospital room (maybe it was at some point?). No fridge. Part of the staff was really helpful, others were just correct. The location is not exactly good, it's a bit far from the center and at night the surrounding streets have very poor illumination and look kind of dodgy.

The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and clean, with a modern spacious bathroom. Location is in a nice park and perfect for walking to main sights and to the station.
