Fresh pots n pans be good. And some firmer pillows

Self-serve unit with access via a code; comfortable, quiet; available at last minute when another booking fell through. Pricey but reflective of the Lake Tekapo; suggest the host check the gas burner (one didn't work) and replace one of the scratched pots.

Comfy bed Lock on door is quiet sensitive especially hard to open with long nails and the shower head pressure or showerhead needs a replacement pressure wasn’t strong but was okay

The internet on tv kept going off & on but I expected that from satellite.

The property is new and very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The property is lacking in kitchen amenities and has only the very basics. There was no strainer for washing lettuce or draining pasta. A spatula would be helpful. Other than eating dishes no serving dishes or bowls so we had no big bowl to make a salad. One roll of paper towel would be nice. Other places we stayed at supplied aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The description on booking.com is confusing identifying a kitchen, stove, and kitchenette in the same description. With the word kitchen we thought there would be an oven. Bought fries to bake. No oven. We had trouble understanding the washing machine so instructions would be helpful. The location is further out of town but if you have a car it is not a problem.

Shower was too small and cramped.

Location It was not as described. It desprately needs painting. The sink drain and the shower door were very dirty, so I assumed everything was not very clean. The bed sagged.

It was a spacious room for the 2 of us. We appreciated the guidebook, cookies/chocolate and the coupon to the souvenir store upon our arrival. The kitchen amenities were good enough to help us cook during our stay. The location was a quick drive from Lake Tekapo where we saw beautiful lupins after some exploration to less crowded spots (away from the church) and about 1-1.5hrs to Mt. Cook. For the kitchen, providing cooking oil and a Nespresso machine with pods would have been nice given the premium price we’re paying for the place. We weren’t sure what the little knob under the AC was but it looked like a camera, and also in the bottom right of the bathroom mirror. We weren’t sure, so we just covered it up but if others suspect that too, it might be good to include in your guidebook what it is if it’s not a camera. There are a lot of units nearby so it can be a touch noisy during check out times and in the evenings when everyone returns.

Digital lock was scratched up and numbers non visible, I had to use my phone's keypad to know where the number's at. The kitchen facility was there to tick a box, but was not usable, the state of the pots and utensils are bad enough that it deterred us from cooking. Location was ok only if you have a car. Property starting to get run down. Staff intrution at early morning was not welcomed.

Beautiful and comfortable

There is not any privacy or any areas to sit outside. There are many other units around so felt like we were in a fishbowl if we didn’t have the curtains drawn. No view and really no opportunity to see the night sky from this location or any view of mountains in the area. Needed to drive to restaurants or the lake or walk 30 minutes there and back. If you are planning on only sleeping in the accommodation then this would be fine.

While generally, the room seemed clean’ish - there were lots of scuffs on the walls and the yellow couch appeared to have had so many stains on it that we didn’t even dare sit on it.

Clean, comfortable, modern and nice accommodations in a serene setting. Would have been nice if there was outdoor furniture for stargazing

When I told the staff that the room smells like pet pee upon arrival and requested to change unit. The response I got is that they "don't allow pets and the room is deodorated" which came off kind of defensive and brushing off my complaint.
