Creel House Bed and Breakfast

Shower a bit tricky to operate.

The location was pretty good, but we arrived at a time where we didn’t get to appreciate it, much. As we were the only tenants at the time, parking was no problem. Breakfast was pretty good. The host was very nice, polite, helpful, and accommodating. This was one of the cheaper options. The house is a bit old-fashioned, so the bathroom sink has a separate knob for cold water and a separate knob for hot water. They have a heated blanket, but it seemed like the power source was not working, and we didn’t want to disturb the host to fix it. There is a private bathroom, but it’s not attached to the room. The entire lake tekapo area is quite expensive.

Rosemary and her husband were very accomodating, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved staying at their place! N/A

Great breakfast Stairs

I really like the time in Lake Tekapo and Creel House. It was an excellent experience. It’s a warm place and feel like a home. Also Rosemary is very nice and friendly. She cooked a delicious breakfast.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here, it was super lovely. My room and bathroom are very clean and sweet, and all facilities are good and tidy. Sleeping in such a place was very nice as it is in a quiet, scenic and safe area, and the bedroom is spacious enough for 1/2 people. I also enjoyed the healthy and delicious breakfast here. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again ：）

Everything was amazing! The place was brilliant, the owner was amazing, she made us an amazing breakfast as well. One of the best places I've stayed at. Highly recommended!!

Quite with a view Steps

Rosemary was very nice and welcoming; A light breakfast is provided and we were quite surprised to see the wonderful view of Tekapo lake and the mountains from the living room next to our bedroom.

When we have packed everything for checking out, I had to use the toilet due to stomachache. My wife told the male owner the situation, but he accused my wife for lying just like other late check-out. This is rude and inappropriate.
