Near to Tekapo Lake, walking distance to Photostop near tekapo Nothing

Lighting was not the best. very dull. shower could have done with a little more pressure

Everything went well. 3 days prior to arrival we dropped in to the hotel to ask what happens if we were unable to get there in a few days (snow was due and there was a strong possibility the mountain passes would be closed - which is what happened but we were lucky to just avoid this happening to us). We would have been able to cancel at a late stage if the roads were closed and beyond our control. The only small gripe - the restaurant was closed during our stay (only open later in the week)

Despite the cold weather, the room was nice and warm. The location was excellent as it looked out across Lake Tekapo and it was within walking distance of all the restaurants of Lake Tekapo township . We could hear the people in the room above us walking around.
-
Great view! Bed was comfy! The balcony was shared, therefore anyone could walk to my balcony door. There was a leak in the bathroom, where water bubbled up through the grout.

The room are getting tired

The location, proximity to the church and to all the main street shops and night market. Tiny noisy room which is very dated, and the furnishings & bathroom need upgrading. There was a tour group staying as well, which I imagine happens often and as we were on the ground floor, we heard every footstep and door slam from above & had a whole herd of tourists above us getting ready, slamming doors & stomping around early in the morning. Would not stay here again except possibly on the upper levels.

Beds were comfortable and the room was warm although not overly roomy. Step straight outside of the door is a bit dangerous.
-
Location great - staff very helpful - view fabulous. Lighting terrible - no plug for the sink - coffee tea making facilities very average - the light didn't work and the lighting switches location was ridiculous.

Nothing.

Room is 2nd floor and quiet. It’s possible to park my car just front of accommodations. Teas with elec pot, interior design and warm blanket on bed. Restraints are nearby for dinner and lunch. I did not use but coin laundry are available in hotel Nothing special

Very comfy beds and the atmosphere so relaxing

Location is perfect, next to the lake Tekapo. Actually I do not have any expectations about this hotel but turned out not bad.. if all accommodations around lake Tekapo are full I would recommend this one.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and good restaurant. Very nice bathroom and shower but water temperature varied during use. Room was too small for a full size bed and a twin bed. Had to open a sliding door and use a fan to control the temperature.
-
Excellent location. Apart from that would only endure for a one night stay. Water pressure was terrible and you could only have scalding hot water or freezing cold water in the shower. Very thin walls could hear other guests.
-
Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.
-
Virtually no soundproofing. I could easily hear my neighbours on either side and upstairs. None of them seemed to be particularly noisy or were being inconsiderate, it's just that a regular conversation or walking around upstairs carries right through.
-
The fire alarm in the morning was a bit unnerving. But we shortly could return to the building

Not bad.

The best location in town. Friendly staff at Jack's bar and restaurant. But old facilities and room conditions. Good for one night stay and passing by the Tekapo lake and star-gazing. The Chinese speaking staff, Huihui, is very helpful in checking us in and giving guidance on farm tour and star-gazing. Too old of hotel facilities.
