Everything was great—the location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our bags before check-in and explore the city without any worries. For someone of my size, the bathroom felt very small, although this is probably a matter of personal preference.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. However, the experience felt quite impersonal, with very little interaction from the staff. It was also surprising that, in a hotel in Lisbon, none of the staff we encountered spoke Portuguese or even greeted us in Portuguese. One suggestion would be to make the luggage storage policy clearer. When we asked if we could leave our bags, we were simply told there was CCTV, which doesn't really clarify whether the luggage is being looked after. With people constantly coming in and out of the hotel using the door access code, this doesn't provide much reassurance. A clear yes or no about whether the hotel accepts responsibility for stored luggage would be much more helpful.

Nice and comfortable hostel. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was quite small. The staff was really kind, the common areas were equipped with board games and snacks. The breakfast was really good with bread, Jogurt, coffee, tea, milk, juice and even some pastel de nata. The sink in the bathroom was really small, and the shower as well.

The location was good. There was no vehicle access; the cab could not get in through the street locks and the hotel wasn't answering the phones arriving was very stressful. I was also on the third floor with no lifts and had to leave early so missed out on breakfast.

Centrally located. Easy check in and check out. Although it was a back street and off the main road, it was used as a shortcut and with the window open due to the heat, we were awoken many times during the night by people walking by talking very loudly. Not the hotels fault that people are inconsiderate in residential areas but just be aware if you are a light sleeper. Shower is very small for even an average size person.. kept on hitting the tap and turning off the water.
