Good location Nothing

Location is excellent, on a quiet, tree-shaded street, nearby train station and main walking street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. But the best amenity that we really appreciated were the self-serve ice cubes in the lobby area! No other hotels that we stayed at offered this, or even very cold water to refill water bottles during the record heatwave. We would have enjoyed sitting on our bedroom's terrace if there were chairs and a table available.

Was surprised on the aesthetics and overall comfort of the room (bed, amenities like kettle, etc. in room lacking) for the price. It was ok as I spent just one night but would have expected more if I was staying for a weekend +.

Quiet location and private on-site parking. Great, welcoming staff.

Our room was a bit small, but really, we only needed to sleep there. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was very nice, and we found the whole experience charming. We selected a room that proved small. Probably our fault for not looking at all the availabilities.

The location The bathroom has hole in the bathtub, needs maintenance and it wasn’t clean

Excellent staff, nice breakfast, comfy bed, nice common room to grab a coffee, tea or sit and read. Shower wand would not stay upright, shower head did not function properly, toilet could have been a bit cleaner. Overall the bathroom facilities need a bit of maintenance

The room was comfortable, and we were too customers. People at reception were rather efficient.And the breakfast was good and generous. It was a bit too far from the centre, and the street was rather dark in the evening.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The owners and the staff were very friendly, kind, and very welcoming. The facilities were excellent and location was close to walking to everything in Avignon. Parking was easy and also easy to get in and out of the city.

The location is convenient for people coming on foot from the train station. It is also easy to walk from the hotel to the main sites of the town. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a window looking out over the back courtyard / parking area. There were extra blankets and the internet worked fine. The room was pretty basic but pleasant. The people at reception were extremely nice and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again. There was no kettle or fridge in the room, although there were tea bags, hot water and a coffee machine downstairs. No milk, however. There was also an ice machine, but it only chugged out a couple ice cubes at a time. I found one pair of previous guest's socks under the bed and another pair in a drawer in the wardrobe.

Great location and wonderful breakfasts

Very helpful staff. Hotel about a 3-4 block walk to the Avignon Tourism office (many tours begin in from of the Tourism office). Room larger than many in France. Able to wash and dry clothes in the hotel for a reasonable cost. Not something that can be "fixed" but entering the hotel does require being able to navigate about 8-10 stairs. Staff very helpful in terms of helping get suitcases up and down the stairs. There is an elevator once in the hotel but unfortunately the need to navigate stairs and to step into the shower would limit handicapped accessibility to this hotel for some folks.

The room was in the first floor overlooking a parking lot. The curtains didn't closed all way and I felt someone was looking in. The bed was very low to the ground and very hard. I slept super uncomfortable.

Very nice place inside old town

Loved the location close to the train station but also within the old city walls. Easy walking to any of the attractions within Avignon, as well as unlimited dining options. Super friendly staff.
