Location to city center. Friends room had stained carpet and dirty duvet from a animal in the room.

EV in garage Kitchen was closed even though we specifically asked, no coffee cups in the room, room was clean enough but everything looked like it was done in a rush, no water in room, vending machine only works on coins

Modern rooms and facilities. Parking garage. Close to restaurants and market Air conditioner did not cool room effectively. Front desk staffing was inadequate at 6pm.

Good parking and close to the city center. No hotel management experience at the reception. Room was not available at the time convened and the reception was only able to explain that it is what it is. This is a breach of contract. No good will gesture, nothing. They should probably learn from the American management style otherwise an 18 old person with no experience could do the same job.

Friendly welcome, clean, great breakfast choices, family friendly, easy parking. Everything was great, I would have loved a room with a view but I understand these are limited.

Location, Children's play area, parking with direct access to the rooms, very comfortable room The room wasn't vacuumed very well and had dog hair on the carpet. The people at the front desk weren't the friendliest.

The location was very close to the train station, so was easy to get to other destinations. The room was modern and quite comfortable for a few night stay. There were many electronic sockets to charge devices. And the WiFi worked very well. It was not as close to restaurants as staying in town. But we could walk 10 to 15 minutes and get to the center of town.
