Excellent location, very welcoming landlord Nothing.

Charming little hotel with spacious rooms, great location, and cute cats in the lobby. Very helpful and friendly owner, who gave us good recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit during our stay. Shower gel in the bathroom comes in packets rather than the regular dispensers, which makes for a rather clumsy experience, especially because there’s no shelf in the shower cabin anywhere

Excellent location near the Avignon train station and in the old city. Easy walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The staff gave honest advice about restaurants and places to go. They truly wanted people to enjoy their visit. The air conditioning was much appreciated as I stayed there during the tail end of a heat wave. Excellent value for cost. The bathroom did not have a true separation for the shower, so the floor got very wet. Only one large and one small towels were provided. A second large one would have been appreciated to have a towel for my hair - or to help with the water on the floor.

We purposely reserved a studio which had a small kitchen and we liked the size of the room, the window that opened, and the bed and AC were both good and comfortable. The location was excellent and the management is nice. It would have been nice to have a couple of regular chairs in the room rather than only 2 very tall stools.

Quiet location in the center of tourist Avignon. Responsive and friendly hotel owner. 5 minutes walk from the station. Good beds.

The room was great. Cute with a little terrace off the bedroom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were great as well, spacious, good shower. Would stay again.

Excellent location in Avignon, close to shops, restaurants, attractions and train station. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Laundry next door. Helpful concierge.

The bathroom was modern and water pressure excellent. The bed was firm, just the way we like it.

Very helpful with parking (easy parking options); small but comfortable hotel

Great location , excellent host.

This hotel was just off the main street of Avignon and so close to the city centre train station. Absolutely fantastic location. The owner was absolutely lovely and helped me with everything from train connections to routes for walking and dinner options. I would book again. My only challenge (which I already know is common in France) is that there is no lift and the stairs are particularly tricky for getting luggage up and down. I brought too much. :) So, it was a challenge, but did not detract from the wonderful stay that I had in Avignon.

Friendly proprietor who speaks English well and keeps an eye on the comings and goings in the hotel and is ready to provide advice to his guests. It's in an excellent location for all the sights with many restaurants in walking distance. A breakfast is available at 12Euro. It was sufficiently varied and the coffee was strong and plentiful. It's nice to have this option for a first morning but overall there are more interesting options in the neighborhood. While the small single room was clean, and the bedding of good quality, the furniture is at the level of a rummage sale. The wall attachment of the shower was totally broken, forcing you to hold the shower head while trying to juggle soap and shampoo with one hand. When I pointed this out to the proprietor he indicated that he washes his hair like that without problem, but then he had less hair than the average female.

I am fond of small familiar hotels ran by the owner, even if the amenities are not the same as those in a typical hotel. We had a charming big room (accessible via two sets of old stairs), with lots of space, good heating, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The place is very clean. Frédéric, the owner, was very helpful upon arrival, told us where to park, recommended some restaurants and helped us get situated. And the location of the hotel, on a quiet street around the corner of a main street, is ideal. It was quite cold in the bathroom (Dec 31). There is a small heater but it turns off after a few minutes. This should be changed. Also, those little bags of shampoo/body gel are impractical and generate waste. I suggest having refillable bottles of shampoo and gel attached to the wall, particularly since there is no shelf to put bottles or anything on. Breakfast could be a little better (soft boiled eggs, more savory food) for the 12 EUR price.

We loved everything about the property. Frederic was a delight to get to know and talk to with lots of good suggestions for our stay. The location was perfect. Close to the train but only a 10-15 minute walk to everything we wanted to see and do The room was comfortable and spacious . I highly recommend . We enjoyed everything.

Location The amenities are not there. 3 stars hotel have much more than 2 small bags of combined shampoo and body wash. Towels are off white. It is 1 star hotel worth

The coffee was excellent because we could self-serve and get the size of coffee that met our preference. Breakfast was ready on time and had a variety of choices. We enjoyed everything about our experience. One suggestion would be to provide written directions to operate the air conditioner.

Great location. We were there only one night but it was easy to get in even though we arrived by train late in the evening. Frederic was so helpful in helping us figure out how to get to our next destination.

Excellent location - close to the center of Avignon but on a side street so it was quiet. The place and rooms were very clean and new. Our bathroom and shower were very small. We are used to small bathrooms in Europe, but it was very tight. Not a huge deal but it made showering a challenge
