Excellent location, cleanliness and spacious rooms Difficult to go up the narrow staircase with the luggages; no hand towels; heavy duvet cover for single beds- just bed linens would have been sufficient, the same as for bunk beds.
-
While street noise was quiet, you can hear a lot of noise in the hallways from the room. We were woken up by people getting into their room late.
-
Great place, but it's VERY loud outside.
-
Pretty run down. Not easy to get to rooms. Breakfast buffet was pretty bad, not worth the 17 euro.

Location and the buildings architecture Nothing, loved it all
-
Best location across from Palais des Papes. Simple, classic decor in very old building. Would have liked coffee maker & fridge in room.
-
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Central location to everything. Real glasses in the room and maybe a small refrigerator.

The windows prevented the room from being too noisy day and night. Arrangement had been made to check us in late at 22.30 hrs, I thank them for that reliability. My husband enjoyed his French onion soup when we ate at the restaurant The bathtub is too high to step over safely to shower if you are elderly or disabled. A walk in shower would have been better. The tap to the shower would not go fully on to switch to shower. Water came out of both the shower and the bath tap simutaeneously. Excessive and unwelcoming house rules in the guest handbook (about 16). They gave us a negative impression of the hotel and cause for anxiety. No Wifi instructions were included in the handbook. For two days we thought they had no Wifi until we asked at the front desk. We arrived late . The person who checked us in was strange and hard to follow. They ate their dinner throughout, talked incoherently with their mouth full and barely helped with luggage. I don't think they were regular check in staff (who are lovely) We tried the restaurant. The pepper steak I had from the Chef's recommended menu was extremely thin and was both poor quality (very chewy, thin and hard to swallow) and poorly cooked. I ordered medium rare. In places the steak was raw with white sinew, and the fat was not seared so it too was not cooked and raw. I left most of it. My husband enjoyed his soup. Service was initially poor as first we just ordered drinks. It improved when we moved to tables preset for dinner and told them it was poor (we were being ignored) and wanted to eat. With better overall service and better food quality the restaurant could be a real gem ⁵

Elevator not worked ,i choose this hotel for my old mom, ups.Without elevator was not possible for her and stuff said its just today, and the paper on the elevator already old. I never been in the hotel like this for the price i payed. Even when i pay less hotels are more comphortable and nice. I do not recommend it till somebody buy this hotel, replace everybody and do renovation

Very central location, cozy rooms, helpful staff and very convenient dining options at the hotel’s restaurant. Booked very last minute and the owner was very accommodating, will definitely come back. Nothing but the fact it is so underrated!

Location and staff The outside terrace was not kept up and dirty - it was too hot to go out there so it didn't matter but if I wanted to, I would be bummed. Very nice otherwise

We had a very nice, quiet room in the style of the old buildings in the area. There was also a small table with two chairs, a TV and a large, clean bathtub. Unfortunately the drain to the bathtub was stuck so we were unable to drain it after using. The two chairs for the small table in the room were ready to break. We informed the staff and they were very responsive and said they would take care of those issues right away. The main reason we gave this hotel a rating of 7 is because of the way it advertised “Parking” under PROPERTY FACILITIES (see photo). We assumed, incorrectly, that parking was included. The only way to know you had to pay was by drilling down to “PROPERTY POLICIES” where it does clearly state that it costs €14 BUT that the hotel would give you a 20% discount on the parking. The parking IS very conveniently located with a pedestrian access just in front of the hotel. However, the cost was €19.30 and the front desk refused to give us the 20% discount because the “patron” wasn’t there.

Beautiful building, perfect location You have to be very strong to get out the front door when it's locked; I couldn't do it. But I could get in.
-
It’s proximity to parking and attractions. The bed was very firm. While the room had a nice bathtub, the stopper was removed so you could only shower. We were at the end of a hallway, and the light switch was at the end, so you had to walk down a dark hallway and fish for light switch. Motion detection could fix that.

Wonderful location and good parking. The room was shabby and in need of updating. Elevator not working and bathroom dingy.
