The property location was Perfect! Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The onsite restaurant was excellent, we had an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. The property was right on the Lagoon, so we could enjoy the loungers, and drinks at the bar. They also had a sailboat that could be booked for daily tours. Over all we loved our stay and would definitely return!! Nothing!

Great hotel on the water and close to the centro. Big rooms, good restaurant, good internet, good staff. Highly recommend.

Everything was good

Room was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. We stayed in a standard room on the second floor- steps from the restaurant and lagoon. Breakfast was included and everything was fresh and delicious. Additional breakfast items were available for small cost. The location was ideal and we were able to swim directly from the dock - shallow enough for easy access! Staff were friendly and helpful! Great little hotel. We liked every thing.

The hotel is situated on the Lagoon. Every morning you to the sunrise. Incredible! Wish they had paddle boards or kayaks as they have a great dock area and easy entry to the lagoon.

Beautiful view on water, nice to have the sun beds. Delicious pancakes Nothing available on property for the water?? (Kayak, SUP, paddle boat…nothing??) stay is not worth what is charged, half would be appropriate

The location is within walking distance to everything the location on the lake was perfect, awesome views great atmosphere and prices were fair, everyone was helpful and answered all questions.

Location was perfect! The area where the hotel was located was very quiet. Far enough to feel you are on vacation but a quick ride/drive into town. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The hospitality was amazing! Breakfast was very tasty and the bar drinks were the best. We can't wait to return! All was good!

The Lagoon just in front of the hotel, the swings and hamacas above the water and the resting area lagoon front was very relaxing and beautiful. A bit noisy due to birds really early in the morning, I think the rooms are not soundproof. People smoking in the common areas next to the breakfast designated area was not pleasant.

Clean, good value for the money. The property is on lagoon which is really great. The bed is comfortable. The staff were nice but dosent really speaks English. The curtains were a bit torn

It was beautiful and walking distance from the town. It had its own space to enter the lagoon which was very nice. The stuff was super nice as well :) The place looks nice but needs some reparations like in the bathroom. We had once frog jumped inside our suitcase and then hidden behind the tv which I panicked about as I have a bit of frog fobia but I suppose that could happen in any hotel near the lagoon - at the end the stuff helped us remove it :) We had breakfast included which was very nice even thought there were only two options we enjoyed a lot, what I didn’t like is that one day I asked if they can add some ham to my scrambled eggs and they charged me for it 25 pesos… I know it’s not much but come on, there was added maybe one slice of ham ?
