The staff here are wonderful, they truly went above and beyond for us! We felt like valued guests and well cared for. Our room was cool and comfortable and we especially loved the balcony with hammock. Housekeeping did a thoughtful and thorough job each day. Donna the duck was a fun pal. The dock area is almost there. the furniture is comfortable, there just isn't enough space. Most of the time when we went to enjoy the dock and lagoon, all the chairs were taken. We were not aware when we booked that this was such a family friendly location and there were far more children than we would have liked for our relaxing vacation, good to know in advance! It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Awesome food and awesome location because it’s on the lagoon. Too rustic for us. Pool wasn’t inviting. Tour they arranged wasn’t well done.

Kayaks and paddle boards included. The staff were 100% sincere and gave enthusiastic service. Greatly appreciated! Every spot on the property was CLEAN! The only draw back was mother nature. There are tiny sugar ants on the lake side dining tables. That's it, nothing else was bad.

Rooms are quite small in comparison with the price, it should be cheaper Besides the overpriced rooms, everything was perfect

More lounge chairs would be better, there was only 2 lounge chairs by the lagoon which was not enough. The property next door, had very loud music starting 8am in the morning, also they were doing some work with loud noises very early in the morning everyday which makes the relaxing unpleasant. While this is not directly hotels faults, it impacts the guest's stay.

Everything is amazing! Location, staff, facilities all of it! Wifi doesn’t work!! Had to go and stay by front desk to be able to use!! Not a great thing for such a nice and classy place!! WiFi is A MUST!!! Nowadays.

This was a lovely little cluster of cottages right in front of the lagoon. A great bar and restaurant on site, the food we had was really good and great value for the price. Hotel guests have access to free use of kayaks and paddle boards, which is really cool to go out and paddle around and swim in the azure blue lagoon. The only thing I didn't really like about this place is that they open up the pool and facilities for day use so you get a number of people coming to use the hotel but who aren't actually staying there.

We had a room on the first floor which was perfect. The access to the lake is great, they have everything you need (kayaks, vests, etc) provided for the guests for free. Rooms are well-maintained, clean, and the bed is so comfy. The lake is beautiful. The restaurant has decent food, reasonably priced, but service is a bit hit and miss sometimes. We also preordered breakfast for 7:30 and the manager assured us it will be ready by then. Sadly it wasn’t, we had to wait for the food to be cooked and ended up asking for it to be packed to go. We were late for our boat tour and had to eat our eggs etc with hand as no cutlery was included. The lakefront area of the restaurant needs a net or some sort of tarp for rain and cover - rain, leaves, insects and bird poop will eventually season your food unexpectedly ?

Lovely setting in a middle of a tropical garden and by the lake. Get up at dawn and go on the pier. Sit down and watch the sunrise. It s outstandly beautiful, calm and relaxing. Modern design bungalow with everything you need. The bungalows are a bit close to each others. You can easily see inside your neighbour. A lot of kids so sometimes noisy. The breakfast was OK but Don t eat there the rest of the time.

Very atmospheric hotel, comfortable rooms great location - on the lake shore, close to the city, and at the same time quiet and peaceful. Great food, nice service. I recommend!!!

Their people, hospitality, vibes, foods, amenities and most of every others. It was the best accommodation where I could experience adventure, people, freedom and memories after a long time. Rather than something I didn't like, comment for a hotel where I had a great time that I couldn't be more satisfied with: There was no separate ventilation in the shower room, so it seemed like it would be difficult to manage the humidity, which wasn't uncomfortable at all but I hope the quality of this space is maintained for a long time. Also, on a dark night, it might feel a bit far to walk back from the centro. (Some streetlights did not work.)

The location and facilities are great and the staff is fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, helpfull, and super relaxed. Overall this stay far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is super cozy and looks beautifull! Nothing!

Amazing spot right on the laguna. Beautiful rooms. Attentive staff. Canoes and kayaks free to use. Easy parking. Just a bit of a walk into town, but happy to compromise on this for the laguna location.
