Siyan Ka'an Bak'halal

Had shared fridge and cooking facilities. Small uncomfortable room and bath.

The shared kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable and clean. The garden was beautiful and g to ere are outdoor common areas to sit, prepare and eat food. Lots of dishes and pots and an outdoor sink to wash up. The stoves was gas powered. I cooked most of my meals over 5 days. I also liked the late check out. There was a but of a smell in the room at first from disinfectant used but after opening window and fan, it went away. Also a rooster crowed starting at 4:30 am.

Great location close to the lagoon, public piers, and the main plaza and restaurants. It is a basic hotel, and it was a good value for our two-night stay. We parked our rental car outside on the street, but there is also some parking inside the property. The people who operate the place were very nice.

Very clean, nice) little outdoor kitchen. Internet was not good. Very slow.

It was clean, calm and easy to find. Good value. Very confortable bed. The a/c was perfect. Haven’t used the tv, internet was acceptable. Was able to watch streaming channel on y iPad. I felt it wasn’t safe at night walking back to the hotel. It’s a bit far from downtown. There are a lot of dark streets on our way back. Have to say that The police was present. The shower was spitting, not sure I could have washed my long hair. And I did not had any hot water, which dis not bother me so much as It was hot.

Good A/C. Good size room with comfortable beds (2, I only used 1). The outdoor kitchen looked nice and but I didn’t use it. Good location, short walk to the central square. The owner was very nice. But... the Wifi was slow, shower drippy, couldn’t wash my hair but I only stayed for 10 hours before my night bus so that didn't bother me much… Overall, it was a good value for what I needed. (Regarding several people who complained how the room is too small for "4 adults with 4 big backpacks". Really! Well, most rooms would be! ? For the price point, wouldn't it make more sense to get 2 rooms instead of squeezing (yourself and your budget) then making (unfair) complaints afterwards?!)

The facilities were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was great - lots of room and everything we needed. Location was perfect for walking all over town. All was great

outside communal dining/kitchen area musty odor. better after opening doors and windows with fan on for an hour

Not many negatives but lighting can be a bit more cosy.
