This is not a hotel. Just a room. Self check in and check out. No staff around. No breakfast served at all. Just a coffee machine in the common area. Quite unpersonal.

What a find! Decently priced and found the place super clean with everything working in perfect condition. Friendly staff. Flexible with luggage because we had a long day after check out. Beautiful setting. Off the beaten path yet close to everything. Hidden gem and we hope to be back. Wonderful and thank you so much !

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the room was spotless. The public transport ticket included also made things very easy and they were about to provide tops to get around. I would definitely come back.

Very clean. Kitchen and refrigerator available for drinks and food storage.

No breakfast on site here, but partner hotel down the street had a fantastic buffet breakfast.

The hotel is the perfect base for trails around Bad Schandau and is located in quiet street but still in the centre of the city. The room was very nice, spotlessly clean and we had a great view outside the window. Downstairs there was a large sitting area with complementary coffee all day around, and facilities to heat some meal. The hotel has it's own parking lot which is very convenient if you arrive by car. We liked our stay at the hotel, thank you!

Located in the center, this place is right across the par - close to bakeries, restaurants, walking distance to giant supermarket and and other attractions which was perfect. Host lady was exceptionally lovely and helpful. It's not a flashy new place but all the amenities were clean and well kept. Large common area was big and relaxing. There is free coffee machine, which also make hot chocolate. There was fridge with your designated space so I was able to make my own meals there. x

Perfect location - everything is within walking distance , comfortable check-in/check out. Coffee for free during a day in lounge. Bed mattress was too soft.

Welcoming - Franzi was very helpful. Space in fridge, crockery and cutlery so you could make light meals. Tea and coffee available at all times. Well located. Comfortable clean room. Space to leave luggage on day of departure. Free travel card for all local forms of transport including the tram was great too. Hot room - the weather was warm. I understood there would be no aircon though.

Good location, comfortable beds, nice hairdryer, beautiful room, nice kitchen downstairs with coffee/tea, fridge and kitchen supplies available, everything was digitized, warm and cosy room The shower was of an old style - with curtain instead of glass doors, so we were careful when showering to not make the water out. Also, despite it was a double bed, it was kinda shifted twin beds, and there were 2 twin blankets instead of one blanket for a double bed, but seems like it became a norm in German hotels

* Excellent location - a short walk to the main bus station, a bus stop also nearby, as was the local tram * Well appointed communal kitchen with cutlery, crockery, coffee/tea/hot choc as well as fridge space to store your own food * Shower could be a bit cramped if you are taller than 175cm * Window is in the roof, which means that you need to mindful when it rains

It was a perfect stay! Very comfortable rooms, easy self check-in and a common kitchen area downstairs is convenient enough even for a lengthy stay. The hotel staff is not always there, but whenever we saw them, they were next level friendly and helpful. You’ll also get a guest card with your stay, which gives you various discounts around the town, and allows to travel around for free. The hotel offers a nice terrace with a view: it’s a real treat to have breakfast there or drink a glass of wine, watching the sun set (but you first need to sort the drink out, as the hotel doesn’t offer any food/drinks). A bit confused about the check-in, that was at first communicated at 11am, and then when we were already on our way for this early check-in, we received an sms that the room would only be available after 2pm. The check-out is also on the earlier side, at 10am.

The location is very good (next to the Kurpark and to the Kirnitzschtalbahn). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped. We got a free guest card for the local public transport. Nice historical building. The online check-in was a little bit difficult.

The hotel without the staff. But everything is working perfectly! Great idea of a shared coffee place with microwave, coffee machine, teapot and fridges where you can put your food and have free coffee anytime in lobby with other travellers. Smart and cozy! Really nice location in front of the park. Beautiful cozy room. And a great location. No airco but the room is not too warm in summer time. I had to pay tourist taxes separately (which is fine) but it's never explained that it's part of the checkout procedure. So I was puzzled and even searched on the internet how to do so.
