Great location, nice hotel in the center of Bad Schandau. Included in the price of the hotel room was a ticket for local public transportation - we took advantage of the ferry to the train station - it's a 15-minute sail on the Elbe River and we loved it. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky even though we were standing right in front of it. They have a small parking lot to the side for check-in but then you have to move your car to an outside parking lot 2-3 minutes away on foot.

Professional cordial staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Their friendliness went along way to making our visit one we would like to experience again. No comment. All was good.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very luxurious, large and have everything needed for a good stay. The food is amazing, especially for people with dietary restrictions (great vegan food!). And the service is friendly and available. The price was a bit higher than we're used to. But we also booked last minute. And we learned that it is best to contact the propery directly next time.

The property is right next to a very large park, which was fantastic because we brought our puppy with us! The breakfast fantastic and we also ate dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel one night and it was also very very good! The staff were very helpful and sweet. Nothing. The property was fantastic. The rooms were really big and the staff were very friendly.

Staff was extremely welcoming, easy going and caring. The restaurant is also very nice and the local food was delicious and the breakfast was very diverse and everything was fresh and tasty. Every little detail was well thought through.

Everything was wonderful ! I had a nice staying there and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and the hotel was pretty quiet , the bed was very comfortable. Very good experience i definitely recommend the hotel !

Room does not have AC. It was a bit hot during the night and we could not open the windows due to mosquitos.

Great location and breakfast. Dinner was great in the restaurant. All staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooftop terrace was an added bonus. The shower wasn’t great but that’s the only negative and was tolerable for a few nights

Wonderful location for a relaxing break and/or hiking. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of options and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are massive, and the restaurant within the hotel is one of the best around for dinner.
