Room was nice and large, very comfortable. Riverside view was amazing!! Breakfast is very tasty. Staff was super helpful and friendly and treated me wonderfully. I would love to come back here again!! Hotels are across the river from the Hbf. This can be a pain at very early/late hours.

The location is great — right on the river, and close to the bus station and the ferry. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. My room has a nice river view. The bed is comfortable! I wish they allow a late check out.

My room had a small balcony and lovely view of the Elbe River and the pretty terrace. It was spacious and comfortable. The return ticket on the ferry to the Bangor was a nice touch. It requires a long walk or a short ferry trip to get to.

December, the hotel is cosy, warm. The sauna is nice and well equipped. The beautiful landscape. This is the spa.

Hotel and staff in overall is really good. But We had an unpleasant discussion with one of the server in the restaurant, it was a racial verbal harassment. Hopefully the manager was very helpful to fix the problem and made us comfortable during our stay. However i will not go again into this hotel because of this bad memory

Friendly staff, great breakfast, enjoyable hotel Wifi did work very poorly in my room. In the common spaces it worked fine.
