The room is very old, first one we got was smelling bad and had to change
-
Loved having our own space and kitchenette. It was just what our family needed after a big day at the park. Loved being able to drive to the park and park for free because we stayed there.

Everything
-
Excellent location with private atmosphere close to major amenities.

I liked the idea of a little privacy. The beds were old and lumpy, there was only a couple of things identifying it as a Disney property or experience. No spare rolls of toilet paper, have to call for all amenities hairdryers require a deposit and Ranch will not place it on your room card.

A bit too dark surroundings
-
Buffet and the pool. The fact we found a real mouse in the apartment at night and had to move to a new room by myself at midnight.

Calm area If u don’t come by ur car, u have to take ur luggage by ur self walking to ur house. Also I had to pay extra 200 € plus to be near the reception. Then didn’t happen.

Great cabins which had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel. The cleaning pack whilst basic was adequate. The location is perfect for Disneyland Paris and we chose to use Ubers which proved to be more cost effective for us and only an 8 min journey to Disney. We stayed in the Big Bear Trail which was only a 5 min walk from the main hub but Ubers picked up and delivered us direct to our cabin. It would've been helpful to have a couple of bin bags for the kitchen bin. That's the only recommendation to make our stay even better.

The kids loved the playground and pool! Buffet food was good, request more options for kids! I messaged the hotel about pool towels without a response. I called the front desk and asked about the towels and she said they were available, never mentioned a fee. I received the towels as Grace and she never mentioned keeping for the weekend. Went back again and my son had to pay for towels.

Perfect comfy cozy location in middle of forest soo recommend for anyone want to be close to disney Nothing

It was really close to Disney, the staff was friendly and the shop had some exclusive pins The rooms were very small and the beds very hard
-
The path to the cabin was a bit too long.

The hotel is close to Disneyland Paris, however you must have a car since there is no shuttle bus between the parks and this specific hotel. The pool is very nice and the grocery store was handy and opens early, which is great. We were very disappointed by the size and comfort of our cabin. It was very small and crowded for a family of 5 people, not to mention 6 (which is the max capacity). The beds were very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. There was 1 AC in the main area of the cabin, which was not sufficient to cool the other rooms. We stayed in Disney hotels before and expected more, especially considering the price we paid.

great location, super clean, nice staff, all the facilities needed for a family vacation !
-
Lovely property Loved the theming only complaint the slide in pool was off.
-
Place it’s amazing. Having the kitchen and the car nearby makes all the difference!! Beautiful place and lovely place to be there It’s a bit dirty. Really hard to keep clean. It would help that they have proper cleaning tools. But it’s worth it.

Swimming pool was good Dirty, very small for our family, very outdated, kitchen area not well equipped, not even a small welcome pack with maybe a cleaning cloth & washing up liquid.
