Its Nice Privacy
-
The kind staff and the excellent service.

Some people were making loud noise in middle of the night (one of the hostel workers for some reason had to loudly iron clothes right outside my room in middle of the night), so definitely bring earplugs.
-
The best thing is the price. One of the most reasonably places I have ever stayed at. I had a private room. It was big enough and the bed was both clean and very comfortable. There is a very beautiful common space with free tea and coffee. There is no sound-proof in any shape or forms! I could hear any noise from outside the room. Also, be advised not to book this if you cannot climb staris as the hostel is on the top floor of a building without a lift.

liked the cleanliness, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. The bed in room number 1 was very hard and not comfortable.

As someone who is from Azerbaijan, I can tell that CHT hostel is the best one to stay in Baku. The staff is very friendly and attentive for their costumers. Bathrooms, rooms are very clean including clean towels, shower gel, soap and the privacy is well protected. Breakfast is everything you can wish for and there is resting room that has unlimited tee, water, sweets and rest. Thank you for everything.

The interior decor was comfortable and quirky. The breakfast was good and there were always snacks available. The bathroom was a bit too far from the bedroom. The showerhead was fixed above so it was hard to shower without getting my hair wet. Smell of cigarettes and/or cat piss on the stairwell to the hostel. There wasn't anything I actually wanted to do adjacent to the hostel.

The breakfast was rich and included different items. It was too much for me and definitely is enough for everyone. There was no elevator in the building and the hostel was located at 4rd floor.
-
It was close to local shops and the F1 track was walking distance Needs a revamp
-
Great location right next to Nizami metro station. The hostel looks exactly like the photos, feels safe, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind, attentive, and always ready to help.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, our room was comfortable!

The host Elsen is kind and hospitable host. He made sure things were going right for me. The hostel is next to the metro station, which is convenient for travelling around Baku. The bathrooms were always clean with hot water.

Really good value, tasty breakfast, tea, coffee, fruit, water and snacks always available, plus a small fridge, plenty of hot water in the showers, nice shared seating area, the location was OK, took me about 20 minutes to walk to the double gates but metro was really close, staff were pleasant but not much English spoken except for the young man who was around in the evenings, arranged airport transfer both ways. Bed was really hard, although that's personal taste, bit shabby and no change of towels in a week but for the price you can't complain

Really glad to have stayed here during my visit to Baku. It is clean, breakfast was fantastic and it is great value for money. The location is perfect next to the metro and can also walk to most of the attractions. The lounge area is also comfortable and you can help yourself to hot drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location, No sound proofing in bedroom, same Glasses for Alcohol and water, no clean washrooms, no picking up phone, far away from nizami, breakfast not good.
-
Excellent value, welcoming and attentive host, full of local character. Perfect choice.

The breakfast was a great bonus - it's not typical to receive such a filling and delicious breakfast as the one they provide here! The staff were also very helpful in making it for me quickly when I had to leave early for a tour one morning. The sitting room is very relaxing where you can sit and listen to the sound of water in the fish tank and chill on comfy, colourful sofas. It's also a convenient location near a metro station and walkable to the Old Town and sights (I recommend checking out the Taza Pir Mosque on the walk to downtown). Calm, relaxing place overall. The walls are quite thin, so I could hear people on the phone outside my room, and someone was watching videos loudly without headphones for a while, which always grinds my gears. But these were relatively minor disturbances and didn't detract from what was overall a very comfortable stay.
